No. Blood Sex is practiced
by many groups, not necessarily goths.
Why are goths stupid?
Actually the majority of goths I've
ever encountered had some sort of degree and tested high on the IQ scale.
Perhaps it is that the majority of goths are too smart to accept what society
has shoved into their faces. Instead thinking for themselves.
What's the deal with all that black
clothing?
1) Black is slimming.
2) Hopefully to freak you out before
"suburbanization" gets me.
3) Easiest color to find in any
size or style.
4) Tradition.
5) The world is dark, our clothing
reflects this.
Goth a fad, right?
Uhm sure. A 20+ year fad that
is still going strong.
Are goths evil/devil worshipers?
That is a very generalizing stereotype.
The answer is each goth, is a human, and each human has the choice to follow
whatever path they want.
Isn't being a goth meaning you are
snobby?
Does being a "suburbanite" make
you snobby?
Are goths all pagans? I see
the ankhs.

What are you going to do when you
have kids...you can't be like that then.
Try me...Many Goths have kids and
on the whole are lot better parents than so-called "normal" people because
they teach their kids to be more open-minded.
How do you expect to get a decent
office job with tattoos/piercings/looking like that when you graduate?
You expect me to get a "decent office
job" when I graduate? I can have an excellent career and earn a comfortable
wage when I graduate without ever having to modify my appearance...you
just have to find the right people to work for and have the courage of
your convictions.
How can you be goth? You're fat/your
hair is red & pink, not black/you wear colours. I've seen you.
Goth is NOT just an appearance.
It is an attitude and I can be just as Goth with my pink hair, no makeup
and baby-blue fleece as I can in black velvet. As for being fat,
oh my! how can YOU be fashionable? You weigh more than 90 pounds. You'll
never make the Milan catwalk, sweetie.
Why are all Goths junkies?
They aren't. Some are. Why are all
townies junkies? They aren't. Some are. Get it?
Are all goths bisexual then?
Nope, a lot of us are totally straight
or totally gay...I guess we are just more open to experimentation and just
more open-minded anyway...a lot of "normal" kids are gay/bi but you'd never
know it because they know the shit they'd get if they let on. Goths don't
have that worry so much, at least not amongst ourselves, so you're more
likely to know about it.
Why do all Goths like The Cure?
Do we? I don't.
