as long as i've got love,

UPDATES

[3.22.2009]
Well, shit. I really do suck at keeping things updated, don't I? If you've been following me on fictionpress, you know I've been updating TDT (and I'm almost done with it! Aren't we all proud?) but I neglected this website. I honestly only remember it when freewebs sends me these little notifications or whatnots every so often. Character pictures are up for TDT for Sam, Tanner, and Jon. I figured everyone else is kind of...secondary, and really, we only care about Sam and Tanner. I only threw in Jon's picture becuase 1) I love Jon -- he's a sweetheart, and 2) I absolutely adore Chace Crawford [who, if you haven't guessed/seen it already, is my ideal Jon Feldman]...This week is spring break for me (yayyyy!!) and I plan on doing nothing but baking and writing. And eating...a lot. And sleeping...also, a lot. And definitely going shopping. But I will write, I promise! I want to have TDT completely written and posted by the end of my break -- if I haven't posted the rest by the end of the week, I want to at least write the rest -- so I can start focusing on Reality Check, which I really hope you'll consider reading! [btw, Anybody noticed how I've progressed from writing high school romances to colllege romances? It's really weird what growing up and gaining many new experiences and friends can do to you] Anyway, TDT always somehow ends up writing itself. I initially only outlined my steps, never really planning precisely what would happen in every chapter. I literally sit at my computer and just start typing away. I think that's why TDT is my favorite story to write -- Sam and Tanner have never given me a hard time about what to write. In fact, I usually find myself inching for my laptop at the most inconvenient moments (like when I'm taking an exam, for instance) ... anyway, this has gone on long enough. Next update should be really soon!

Winter break is finally here! That means 3 weeks of ... absolutely nothing. Thank goodness. Not that I have any readers anymore, but to those of you who are here, I have indeed been writing -- I just haven't posted anything on FP. I have about three one-shots that are all half-written, but not completed. I have a short story (called Taking Down Tanner) that should only be 11 chapters max for which I have written 5 chapters. I have my NaNoWriMo project, which did not go very well (meaning I definitely did not reach 50,000 words) but I want to finish it. Eventually. I have Chapter 6 for Accidentally in Love, which I am STILL not happy with. And I've also been meaning to rewrite For the Love of the Game, which, looking back, was a solid effort when I was, what, 15? But now I'm older and wiser and I look at FLG and wonder what the heck I was thinking when I wrote it. And what are people doing, still reading it? It's terrible. There are so many good stories on FP. Please do not waste your time reading it until I've rewritten it. But thank you to everyone who has =] It really boosts my ego...hehehe.

Someday, I'm going to finish all my stories. But for now..........ahahah. Yeah. About that.

Merde. I don't think anyone sucks more than yours truly at updating/writing. I have allowed school to consume me, and when I'm not in class or studying, I'm making creme brulee or shopping or out with my friends. Basically, writing has been put on the backburner lately, but it won't be that way all the time. I've always got new ideas for stories jotted down in my notebook, but never enough inspiration to fully go through with it. Someday......I'll update Accidentally in Love. Maybe when I finally write a chapter I'm satisfied with. I still know where it's going, I just need to be able to write a chapter that will get me to the next chapters...And still writing one-shots. Please keep checking back.
