 Our current class project, as you can see we're hard at work! First Mock up Here is an early first mock up as we try to figure out the positions for the arm. Hand Motor The hand motor is a 120V AC, low RPM motor that we got from an old disco ball. Base & Arm Motors The base and arm motors is a 12V DC, high torque, low RPM motor. Second Mock up Here is a second mock up with the base assemble. Base In this pic you can see the base motor attached to the base plate that will rotate 360 degrees. Base plate Here we modified the L-bracket to increase stability. Arm Motor Shows the arm motor mounted on the arm. Robot Arm w/ PLC Here we have the robot arm hooked up to the PLC at school.

Blueprint Next time I'll draw the blueprint in CAD. Flowchart Here is a flowchart for our program which will be running on a PLC, a ladder program will come soon.
