11/22/05- Currently we are working on our first sumo bot to compete in the RSSC competitions. It has been a long time since we attended but hopefully we could attend soon. As of now, we have all the parts needed to complete the robot. We still need to determine the algorithm we want and finish constructing the robot. We have built the frame and attached the servos and light sensors. During the initial testing it appeared that the sensor stopped working. After three nights and ordering new parts, we found out it was not receiving enough current. Lowering the resistor value fixed things. We just need more free personal time so we can continue with the robot.
