Welcome to the Argos, Indiana Chapter of the IWLA!
The IWLA organized itself in 1922, when a group striving to stop on-going pollution of lakes and streams, named themselves after Izaak Walton. The Izaak Walton League of America is one of the most recognized conservation organizations. IWLA members take pride in their efforts towards preserving our wetlands, woodlands, lakes and streams, while promoting clean-air and a clean environment to all. They strive to promote ethical outdoor recreational activities, hoping that everyone will gain more respect for our beautiful environment. Join us in our strive to protect it. The environment needs you.
