On the Subject of Claudia in Lestat
“I Want More was very hard to sing at first because of the beltyness of the song and the fact that I had to be running all around the stage at the same time. Every night after rehearsals I would come home and hop on the treadmill and sing the song as many times as possible in order to build up the stamina. As far as memories go, there were many. The hardest part about the ending of Lestat is the idea of not seeing Jim Stanek (Louis) everyday. I got really close to him and I miss him already. We are all planning parties and get-togethers though. “

“I have not. I thought I would take on the perspective of someone on the outside. I figured as many people that read the books there would also be those who did not. I listened to what everyone said about Claudia who had read the books though. Even though I decided on not reading them I wanted to stay as true as possible to the character Anne created.”
