Ferme Itsy Bitsy Farm

Introducing our Feathered and Furry family members:

We enjoy the company of 8 wonderful dogs. Peanut and Brownie: they are Labernese and brother and sister.  We also have a brother and sister pair of Lhasa-Poos that have been with us for over 4 years and are the bosses of all things dog.  Their names are Daisy and Pooky( Pooky passed away in September 2007-we still can't talk about it as the grief is very vivid) .  Daisy had pups with Coconut , the Lhasa-Apso, and since we are very good at taking in pets , but not very good at seing them go, we now have 3 out of 5 of her pups: Gizmo, Spot and Muffin.  Bear has gone to live with her dad and Speedy is living with friends.  New to the family are our beautiful Bernese Mountain dogs Hamlet and Patof that are simply wonderful dogs.   

We also have 5 cats: B.W. , who just lost his sister to a car accident, Momma cat, Juliette, Bagheera and Stawberry.  We have all kinds of bunnies:  Lionheads , Rex, Dwarf, Flemish , NewZealand/California cross and Lop.  We have Thumper, Garfield, Snow White, Casey Valentine, Free, Petite, Splash, Stinky, Dolly, Truffles, Lilly and Scamper. 

Dusky is our mature lad.  He is a morgan percheron cross.  He is approaching 30 and was offered to us by his very loving mom that wanted him to bless the lives of others.  Molly is our small paint pony and she is our princess pony because she is very pretty. Her paint filly Gypsy (that is , in fact, a full grown mare) lives by her side .  Molly's best buddy is Cookie: Cookie has had bad things happen to her , but now she is more trusting and doing well with her colt Boomerang. Amongst the herd, one single mini donkey, Buckwheat,  grazes. 

Adam and Dali are our guard Llamas.  His buddies are huacaya and suri alpacas: the males are Bacardi, Perc, Freckles and Gil. The girl alpacas are Carla, Cindy, Nutella, Sugar, Mixy, Chancy, Bella, Beauty, Gemini, Prancer, Lea and Dana. The cria are Dasher, Bubbles and George.  

Our goats are a beautiful mix of breeds: Blanche is a Saanen;  Archie, the Pygmy buck; Wanda is May's daughter- they are both Pygmies; Horny is a mix of Saanen and Boer(we think); Kurtsy, Buddy and Clover are Nubians; Loulou is LaMancha ; Fiona and Jilly are Alpines and Paris, Nicole and Andy are Angoras.We have beautiful Icelandic sheep now : Cupid, Emilia, Miss Dipity, Cocoa, Carmen and . Also 2 Shetland ewes Cinnamon and Riley and Emma and Shroeder the Babydoll Sheep.    

There are a number of ducks that are part of the family too: Indian Runners such as Nick, Cole, Moka and Capuccino; Pekin duck Latte; Rouen ducks Billa , Flatsy , Quickeye and Grislo; Muscy and Covy the (you guessed it!)Muscovies and West Indian Flash.  Also, we have all kinds of laying hens and roosters, lots of names to go with them!  Harry is one of our pet Cavies (Guinea pig) as well as Oreo, Ebony and Mo.  New to the family are our beautiful Bernese Mountain dogs Hamlet and Patof.
