Doctor's Log:

In a rather odd turn of events, and further proving my theory about the nature of the boy's cancer, it seems as though the tumor just above the left eye of the patient in Room 5 may have very well gained consciousness in the late hours of the night. Unfortuneatley,we have no proof of this at the moment, as the tumor shot itself through the face shortly thereafter; leaving us only with this comic, and the question of just where it got the gun. Let alone how it managed to use it. Of course, we are not yet ruling out the possiblity that a couple of drunken frat boys from the University nearby may have simple broken in during the night, and thought that it would make for a good prank if they were to shoot the cancer of a young dying boy. Ha! Those darn kids...

Doctor's Log:

The patient in Room 5 fascinates me. Despite the irregularly large tumor growing just above his left eye, the boy's health shows no signs of degradation, other than the horrible mental decay that only transgresses itself each day. All he does all day now is play his new "Playstation 3" video game, and draw these horrendous comics, which seem to only worsen as his intelligence lowers. His "Nintendo Wii," which he entered the cancer ward with, is collecting dust, untouched since several weeks ago. I will file his latest drawings here for further reference later, as I study the boy's condition. As all of our efforts to treat or at least lessen the boy's ailment fail, it seems that we may have an entirely new type of cancer on our hands, and it will most likely behoove the human race in the future to record everything about the boy's behavior so that we may learn more about this horrible new strain. After searching his room, all I could find was this new comic strip, which he was in the process of drawing at the time (I fear that he may have eaten, or otherwise destroyed, the others). I took it away from him to file it away in my lab, but he didn't seem to notice. He continued to draw on the desk.
