Technus - Master of all things electronic and beeping
Desiree -
Ember -
Ghost Writer - A writer of poems and, presumably, other types of literature, the Ghost Writer appears only in the episode 'The Fright Before Christmas' so far.
The possesor of the Quantum Keyboard, he has the ability to alter reality when he types on it. There is not shown to be any limit to his powers with the Keyboard, which he used to manipulate Danny and all the other ghosts.
It is unsure whether he is a malicious ghost. Though he did torment Danny, it was only after Danny had destroyed his long Christmas poem and then laughed about it, which is an understandable reason for anger.
Skulker - The Ghost Zone's Greatest Hunter
Walker -
Dan Phantom - The Ultimate Enemy
Spectra -
The Lunch Lady -
The Box Ghost -
Youngblood -
Johnny 13 -
Kitty - The girlfriend of Johnny, though their relationship appears to be somewhat rocky.
Pariah Dark -
Fright Knight -
Lunch Box - The daughter of the Lunch Lady and the Box Ghost, she's from the same future as Dan Phantom. Clockwork brings her to this time in 'The Ultimate Enemy' to 'test' Danny, though what is meant by that is unsure. She's shown to be an mix of the traits of the Lunch Lady and the Box Ghost, though we only see her for a few minutes.
The Guys in White -
Gregor/Elliot -
Wulf - He appears in the form of a werewulf, though there is some speculation that he may be a wolfwere-a wolf who changes into a human at the full moon. He speaks only in Esperanto, which it appears most people do not understand, as Tucker fails to translate most of it.
He has the ability to create portals to and from the Ghost Zone with his claws, causing Walker to capture him and use him in his plot against Danny in 'Public Enemies'. He is rescued by Danny, Sam, and Tucker, becoming one of Danny's few ghost allies.
Dora -
Clockwork - Master of Time
Star -
Kwan - A friend of Dash and on the football team, he joins Dash in bullying Danny some of the time. He is assumed to be more intelligent than Dash, mostly because in 'The Ultimate Enemy', the future Kwan appears to be a scientist or doctor of some kind.
Much like Star, Kwan is much less popular than Dash, and in 'Lucky in Love' he is bumped down from the A-list to make room for Danny. He spends this time hanging out with Sam and Tucker, and is shown to be quite cheerful, reciting a poem at Sam's goth poetry store called "The Fluffy Clouds All Look Like Footballs".
Freakshow -
