Included in this email should be: the dates that you want, the facilities, and how many horses you expect, also the nature of the event so I can put it on our events calendar.
I will then get back to you within 48hrs with the availability of the facilities to confirm your booking.
We always welcome new clients from all disciplines and are happy to meet your needs.
All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice; all changes will be posted on this website. (If you have confirmed a booking with a quote then that price will stand).
To avoid disappointment you should confirm a booking at least 4 weeks prior to your event. After confirmation you will be asked for a 30% deposit due 3 weeks prior to the event. This deposit will confirm your commitment Isola and is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days before the booking. If the event is cancelled within 10 days of the booking and it’s not due to poor weather (not including Indoor) then no refund will be given.
As the organizer of the event you will be responsible for the running of the event and the conduct of its participants.
