                  Welcome to all who have found their way here.

I'm Val and I live in the North East of the UK, although I was born and bred in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. I am happily married ( for many years) to my Bill, and the mother of two grown up children and nanna to one lovely little grandson Joseph, aged 4. I am about to retire from my part time work  with the local Youth Service. I enjoy cross stitching ( which I taught at one time in adult education) and you can see some examples of my work in other pages. I also love photography, and again I will be creating a page for some photos of myself and my family. In the meantime you can see some of my work  HERE
