| Pokemon:Islands of Islar
Disclaimer: I own Pyro, Orca, and Star!! I actually own something!! Anyway, If this were a GBA game, I would call the games Pokemon Dark, and Pokemon Light. I will later introduce two new types of pokes: Light and Rainbow. I have also added daul type attacks like fire punch is a fire/fighting type attack. This part starts just after they docked on Limegreen Island. Enough blabbing, on w/the show!!

Title: Battling a New

Allie stretched when she got off the boat, they had been at sea for a day and a half and her muscles needed stretching. Thatch got off the boat and walked up beside her.
"Hey Allie." Thatch said with a smile.
"Oh, hey Thatch. What's up?" Allie asked him.
"Neithar of us has gotten any training yet, so why don't we have a battle?"
"Sure!" Allie agreed and got her red pokeball out from her backpack. She saw Thatch get out his blue pokeball. They faced each other on the peer, and they released their pokemon. Allie brought out a little fox pokemon she had named Pyro. Thatch released his tiny whale he had nick-named Orca.
The two pokemon waited for their trainers commands before begining. However, there was a slight problem.
"Does anyone know what attacks Pyro can do?" Allie said as Thatch and Pyro face-faulted. Stella had gotten off the boat and was watching the precedings.
"Use your pokedex if you don't know. After all, that IS why we have them." Stella said in a know-it-all tone.
"Oh, right." Allie said as she got out her pokedex.
"Pyrate's attacks at this time: Tackle, Tailwhip, Flamewheel, Quick attack. You know, your the trainer, you should know this." her pokedex replied cooly.
"Great, my pokedex is snobby." Allie replied holding her pokedex.
"Watch who you call snobby. Anyway, I am the newest line of pokedex and carry the ability to know all that is to be known. Plus I was given the latest pokedex invention, a personality chip. By the way, my name is Dexus, which is a much better name than Allie. Pretty much any name is better than Allie." Dexus declared proudly. Allie put her pokedex back in her backpack, but she could still hear it blabbing.
"Better check Orca's attacks as well." Thatch pronounced as he pulled out his own pokedex.
"Orcafin's attacks at this moment: Body slam, Screech, Water pulse, Defense curl. Good luck in battle, Thatch," Thatch's pokedex said before shuting off.
"Why is it always me?" Allie thought because Thatch's pokedex was as polite as hers was rude.
Finally they were ready to begin, Pyro and Orca faced each other. Pyro began to lick it's paw as Orca hummed to it's self. Pyro then used one of it's black legs to scratch it's ear and Orca yawned.
"Come on Pyro, Quick attack!" Allie yelled. Pyro began to run quickly at Orca, but Orca appeared to have fallen asleep. Pyro stopped and sniffed Orca, when Orca opened his eyes and hit Pyro head on with a waterpulse attack. Pyro flew through the air, but managed to land on all four of his feet.
"Pyro, use flame wheel." Pyro's body become consumed in flames as it ran at Orca. Orca tried to dodge, but it wasn't quick enough. Orca was hit, and as a result he was inflicted with a burn. Pyro turned arouned and came back at Orca, who was still dazed from the first flame wheel.
Pyro hit Orca again with flamewheel, then turned to face Orca. Pyro wanted to see what the condition of it's opponent was. "Come on Orca, you can do it! Use defense curl." Thatch yelled to Orca just as Pyro was using a tackle attack. Pyro was thrown off balance, but he quickly got to his feet.
"Pyro, use tailwhip!" Allie called to her pokemon. Pyro ran to Orca and hit Orca with his tail. Orca lost concentration, and it's defense curl was no longer protecting him.
"Now Pyro, use flame wheel!" Pyro's body became consumed in flame once again. He ran out Orca and scored a direct hit. Orca then turned and used screech. Pyro stopped and began to whimper because the noise was hurting his sensitive ears.
"Great job Orca!" Thatch encouraged. Orca aimed a waterpulse at Pyro, who was still shaking it's head.
"Dodge it!" Allie yelled, however Pyro's ears were ringing from Orca's screech attack and he didn't hear the commanded. Orca's water pulse was heading towards Pyro. When Pyro began to sense something coming from behind and he quickly jumped just in time as the water pulse went harmlessly underneath him.
Both Orca and Pyro were panting. They were both tired from this battle, being it their first. Pyro curled up and Orca closed it's eyes. In about ten seconds, both pokemon were asleep.
"What!" both Allie and Thatch said in unison as their battle-wary pokemon just stopped in the middle of battle and took a nap.
"Ha! Told you weren't much of a trainer!" Allie's pokedex ridiculed Allie from her book bag.
"That's okay. Better luck next time Thatch." Thatch's pokedex incouraged.
Allie sighed as both she and Thatch returned their pokemon.
"Hmm, I wonder what attacks Star knows." Stella mused as she pulled out her pokedex.
"Aroumer's attacks at this time: Pound, Sweet Scent, Petal Dance, Sleep Powder. Oh, by the way, I heard that Bulbasaur don't exist on these Islands. That is sooooooo not cool. Oh, did I tell you that he said that she said that..." Stella's Pokedex was cut off when she stuffed it into her book bag.
"Great, mine is a gossip." Stella sighed as a sweat-drop trickled down her forehead.
"That was a good battle." Thatch said as he shook Allie's hand.
"So what are you two going to do?" Allie asked Thatch and Stella.
"Not that it's any of your buisness, but _I'm_ going to get my boat and head off this island as soon as possible." Stella told her. Everyone said good bye to Stella as she walked off to get her boat.
"How about you?" Thatch asked Allie.
"I'm going to leave later on, but I'm getting some training in first." Allie told him.
"I am too, maybe we can train together before we leave." Thatch suggested.
"Okay." Allie said quietly, and with that said the two headed off to the wilderness of Lime-Green Island.
