My name is Leslie Arias and I specialize in baking gourmet cheesecakes. 

Our original, creamy cheesecake recipe is the base for all variations offered. 

Always baked fresh with the finest ingredients.

We request at least a two-day lead time on orders,

one week in advance during the holiday season.

There are two categories to choose from when ordering our cheesecakes:

"Sober" and "Drunk". 

Obviously, the drunken cakes contain alcohol, but generally the alcohol

burns off during the baking process so that only the flavor remains.

All cheesecakes are made with regular cream cheese,

but can be made just as easily with low-fat or non-fat cheese.

Cheesecakes are a great alternative to the traditional cake and may be

custom designed to compliment any celebration, including weddings!
