The Light of the Island...

How did the blessed ones get their awesome powers? For the rulers, they came easy. They were destined to have them, use them to save the island from darkness and evil. But how did others get these gifts? Some stole them, some made them, some were cursed with them.

Trista, the villainous leader of the Isola Forces East, lured the rash Tyson into a trap. She sealed him in a cave, with Cassidy's help-a boulder avalanche. At the hands of Trista's magic, Tyson eventually fell unconscience. Trista then slunk into the cave and stole a bit of his power, therefore siezing command of the winds.  

Poor little Edna was always in her sister, a young magician named Elenaor's shadow. Finally, exploding with spite, she decided to seek her revenge. She practiced her sister's magic in secrecy but was frustrated, because the spells weren't powerful enough to surpass her sister in the eyes of others. She sought out stronger magic,  and a vallainous man, named Prince Oregano, introduced dark magic to her. Only then he realized that she was truly a dark sorceress, and he might have just doomed the island. Edna soon discovered that she was a dark sorceress using an eveasdropping spell that Oregano had let slip. She turned on him, and summoned a deadly magic-the ebony moon. It darkened and trapped all the inhabitants of Oregano's kingdom. Edna then absorbed their magic, and became even more powerful.
