So let man consider of what he is created:
086.006
He is created of water pouring forth,
086.007
Coming from between the back and the ribs.
Isn?t it that man is not created from semen? Because 50% is from the semen and 50% is from female. Why the female part is not mentioned?
Sperms are produced in testis, so why between ribs and backbone is mentioned? If it is because the blood supply are the same please refer me to the relevant anatomy. Which vessel? If it is because the embryologic origin is the same, please refer me to an embryology website or textbook that says testis and the area between ribs and backbone are in a special way more embryologically related. Because of the fact that all organs are made from one cell, would it be correct to say semen is made from the heart or the brain because their embryologic origin is the same?
Embryology and Quran
023.014 http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/023.qmt.html#023.014
YUSUFALI: Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (foetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the best to create!
PICKTHAL: Then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators!
SHAKIR: Then We made the seed a clot, then We made the clot a lump of flesh, then We made (in) the lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, then We caused it to grow into another creation, so blessed be Allah, the best of the creators.
I would be very pleased if anybody could show me the mentioned sequence by showing a picture of an embryo that is a lump of bones and then the bones are covered with flesh. As far as I know, bones and flesh are made simultaneously not in a sequence.
Also it is mentioned for several times that human is made from clot. We know embryo is not made of blood or clot. Actually blood is not formed in an embryo till the embryo at least 20-30 days old. So?
Shape of earth (Based on Quran)
Quran:
Do they not look at the Camels, how they are made?

And at the Earth, how it is spread out?
And what is the scholar opinion the late Sheikh Abdel Aziz Ibn Baaz the GRAND MUFTI of Islam in Saudi Arabia about the above verse?
He issued the following fatwa in the year 1993--just 10 years ago:
Quote:
"The earth is flat, and anyone who disputes this claim is an atheist who deserves to be punished."
You may find more about this fatwa by searching Google. Just enter his name and search! You will get a lot of links!

Title of the Book: "Evidence that the Earth is Standing Still."
Author: Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ben Baz.
Editor: Islamic University of Medina.

"If the earth is rotating as they claim, the countries, the mountains, the trees, the rivers, and the oceans will have no bottom and the people will see the eastern countries move to the west and the western countries move to the east."

Where did the supreme authority get the impression that the earth is flat if not from reading the Qur'an?
Where sun sets? (Based on Quran)
Quran-18:83?84: They ask thee concerning Zul-qarnain. Say ?I will rehearse to you something of his story.? Verily We established his power on earth, and We gave him the ways and means to all ends.
018.085: And he followed a road
Quran-18:86: Until, when he reached the setting of the Sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water; near it he found a people; We said ?O Zul-qarnain ! Thou hast authority either to punish them, or to treat hem with kindness.?
Quran-18:90: Until, when he came to the rising of the Sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had provided no covering protection against the Sun.
Quran-18:94: They said: ?O Zul-qarnain ! The Gog and magog (people) do great mischief on earth, shall we then render hee tribute in order that thou mightiest erect a barrier between us and hem??
018.089 Then followed he (another) way, Until, when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had provided no covering protection against the sun.
How Zul-qarnin who Allah gave him so much power to follow a road to reach its end to see where the sun sets found it setting in a spring of water? How anybody can reach to end of a road on a globe like earth? It is possible only for a flat surface.
Was the powerful Zul-qarnin hallucinating to see sun setting in a spring of murky water?
Question: Suppose I am a male with a wife, two daughters, a mom, and a dad. How much will each of my kin inherit after I die?
004.011
YUSUFALI: Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases ('s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise.
004.012
YUSUFALI: In what your wives leave, your share is a half, if they leave no child; but if they leave a child, ye get a fourth; after payment of legacies and debts. In what ye leave, their share is a fourth, if ye leave no child; but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth; after payment of legacies and debts. If the man or woman whose inheritance is in question, has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a brother or a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third; after payment of legacies and debts; so that no loss is caused (to any one). Thus is it ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Most Forbearing.
So we have:
wife 1/8
daughters 2/3
father 1/6
mother 1/6
1/8 + 2/3 + 1/6 + 1/6 = (3 + 16 + 4 + 4)/24 = 27/24
I have $240,000 but my family will get inherit $270,000 from me.
What's wrong?!!
Another one:
Suppose I am a male with a wife, a mother and two sister and I die. How much will each of them inherit?
004.011
SHAKIR: Allah enjoins you concerning your children: The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females; then if they are more than two females, they shall have two-thirds of what the deceased has left, and if there is one, she shall have the half; and as for his parents, each of them shall have the sixth of what he has left if he has a child, but if he has no child and (only) his two parents inherit him, then his mother shall have the third; but if he has brothers, then his mother shall have the sixth after (the payment of) a bequest he may have bequeathed or a debt; your parents and your children, you know not which of them is the nearer to you in usefulness; this is an ordinance from Allah: Surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.
004.176
YUSUFALI: They ask thee for a legal decision. Say: Allah directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. If it is a man that dies, leaving a sister but no child, she shall have half the inheritance: If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, Her brother takes her inheritance: If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance (between them): if there are brothers and sisters, (they share), the male having twice the share of the female. Thus doth Allah make clear to you (His law), lest ye err. And Allah hath knowledge of all things.
Now according to 004.011, the wife gets 1/4, according to 004.012 the mother gets 1/6 and according to 004.0176, the the two sisters get 2/3.
1/4 + 1/6 + 2/3 = (3 + 2 + 8 ) / 13 = 13/12.
So I have $120,000, but my family will inherit a total sum of $130,000 from me.
What's wrong?
And please note that: In Quran there is no priority for the distribution of the inheritance. In no where it says ?first give to these and from what is left, give to those?.
Even if we had to reinterpret these laws and prioritize them in any order that is not mentioned in Quran, it still dose not work because in that case, each subsequent inheritor will have his or her share shrunk.
Is there only one Quran?
See: http://www.answering-islam.org/Green/seven.htm
Quran:
http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/002.qmt.html#002.178
002.178
YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord.
After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered; the freeman for the freeman, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. And for him who is forgiven somewhat by his (injured) brother, prosecution according to usage and payment unto him in kindness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. He who transgresseth after this will have a painful doom.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the slain, the free for the free, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female, but if any remission is made to any one by his (aggrieved) brother, then prosecution (for the bloodwit) should be made according to usage, and payment should be made to him in a good manner; this is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy; so whoever exceeds the limit after this he shall have a painful chastisement.
1- Why in ?Those Translations? human beings are classified as freemen, slaves and females? What is the correct translation?
2- Why messenger of God owned salves based on authentic hadithes? If you believe I am lying let me know so I will show you the links to the relevant authentic hadithes on Islamic sites; however you can easily search them for yourself.
3- If Islam decided to gradually abolish slavery by tolerating slavery, why it was practiced for 1400 years in the Islamic countries and was associated with several major riots of slaves that ended by killing slaves? Why it was not until 40 years ago that Saudi Arabia banned slavery after pressure from outside?
Based on Historical facts:
http://coursesa.matrix.msu.edu/~fisher/hst373/readings/lewis1.html
?It was not until 1857 that Ottoman government under pressure of Britain banned slavery. After this order, people of Hejaz revolted under fatwa of chief of the ulema of Mecca Shaykh Jamal denouncing the ban on the slave trade as contrary to the holy law of Islam. This caused the Province of Hejaz to be exempted from the law. ?
Lets look at the fatwa of Shaykh Jamal, chief of the ulema of Mecca at that time:
Quote: Shaykh Jamal issued a fatwa denouncing the ban on the slave trade as contrary to the holy law of Islam. Because of this anti-Islamic act, he said, together with such other anti-Islamic actions as allowing women to initiate divorce proceedings and to move around unveiled, the Turks had become apostates and heathens. It was lawful to kill them without incurring criminal penalties or bloodwit, and to Enslave Their Children.
From Travel guide.com:
?I t was not until 1962 that slavery was formally abolished in Saudi Arabia where Prophet Mohammad was born. ?
http://www.travel-guide.com/data/sau/sau580.asp
Who is responsible for sufferings of all those who have been held as slaves for 1400 years, only because Islam decided to abolish it gradually?!
Islam did not abolish it rapidly but permitted suffering of slaves for 1400 years only because for a short period of time we could expect a few protests and financial crisis? Didn?t we face the same in USA? If President Lincoln ordered US citizens to treat their slaves fairly and voluntarily free them after beating them up but slave masters were allowed to go and capture more slaves, could slavery gradually abolished in USA?
How was the condition of slaves in Islamic courtiers?
Again let?s read some history: http://www.travel-guide.com/data/sau/sau580.asp
Quote:A Turkish letter of November 1849, sent by the reforming Grand Vezir Mustafa Reshid Pasha to the Ottoman governor of Tripoli, refers to the death by thirst of sixteen hundred black slaves, on their way from Bornu to Fezzan in southern Libya: "While our Holy Law permits slavery, it requires that slaves be treated with fatherly care, and hose who act in a contrary manner will be condemned by God." The governor was ordered to punish the guilty slavedealers and to ensure that such disasters did not recur. From British consular reports of the late nineteenth century, it is clear that this traffic, and the suffering it entailed, continued.
THE REVOLT OF AFRICAN SLAVES IN IRAQ IN THE 3RD/9TH CENTURY
http://www.markuswiener.com/reviews/popovic.htm
Quote: The revolt of African slaves in Iraq from 869 to 883 C.E.-the revolt of the Zanj-was one of the great rebellions of world history and the first major uprising in the history of the African diaspora. The Zanj were black slaves shipped overseas from East Africa to work in salt mines and plantations under the harshest conditions. Their fate resembled trans-Atlantic slave trade, and their revolt triggered racism against blacks among Arabs.
If you search you will find a lot more. Are all those historical data lies?
4- Could you please search and show me a verse or hadith that clearly condemns slavery? Or shows a timetable for its gradual abolishment?
5- Why in all countries with Islamic law or Shria (like SA, Former Taliban and Iran) the life value of a woman is ? of life value of a man?
6- Why all of those who studied Islam for all of their lives reached to the same point? Why they claim that?s because it was said in Quran that life value of salves, men and women are not equal. If you do not agree with that what is the correct translation of the above verse?
It is believed that Muhammad married Ayasha when she was 9 years old and he was more than 50. If you say that?s a lie, please let me know
In the past in most Islamic countries Jews, Christians and other minorities were not allowed to go out of their homes on rainy days because a drop of rain could rub from their najis or unclean bodies and soil the Muslims. This belief was responsible for a lot of discrimination and atrocities.
But do you know the same rule still exists?!!
If you ask them WHY, they will reply, because that's what Quran said based on following verse::
009.028 http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/009.qmt.html
YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.
Obviously Christians and Jews are also considered as Pagans or Mushriks.
According to Muslim beliefs, impure things are divided into eleven categories:
1) urine 2) feces 3) sperm 4) corpse 5) blood
6) dog 7) pig 8) unbelievers 9) liquor 10) wine
11) the sweat of those who eat impure things
http://www.imamreza.net/old/eng/lib/Islam%20Articles/Cleanliness.htm
What the reaction of a boy or girl who has been born in a Christian or Jewish family should be when he realizes that he is considered as an unbeliever and is treated as feces?!! If her or his classmates touch him, they should wash their hands?!! Isn?t it humiliating?
But that's not all, see the other rules:
1- The non-Muslims in Islamic countries are not allowed to preach their religion and convert anyone. If a Muslim becomes a Christian or a Baha?i, he will be put to death along with the person who has converted him.
2- A Muslim man may marry a non-Muslim but if a Muslima (Muslim woman) marry a non-Muslim man both of them must be killed.
3- The non-Muslims may not build their houses higher than the Muslims.
4- They may not walk in the streets in the rainy days least they defile a Muslim.
5- The life of a non-believer is not worth that of a believer and if a Muslim kills a non-believer he could not be killed for that.
6- The testimony of a non-believer against a Muslim is not admitted in the court, so if a Muslim attack a nonbeliever and no other Muslim is found o witness, neither the victim nor other non-Muslims who have witnessed he assault may testify.
7- The Christians and the Jews do not have to be killed and forced to convert, but they have to pay a penalty tax called Jizyah. This Jizyah can be as high as half of the income of these non-Muslims. This was the amount that the prophet exacted from the Jews of Kheibar after he attacked that town, killed their men, divided their belongings and young women amongst his soldiers keeping ?Safiyah? the prettiest of them for himself, whom he slept with her in the same day that he killed her newly wed husband, brothers and many of her relatives. Her father he had decapitated before.
Based on its definition those who believe that "Non-Muslims are unclean" are racists:
http://www.hyperdictionary.com/dictionary/racist
[n] a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others
[adj] discriminatory especially on the basis of race or religion
Human life values are not the same in Iran. Non-Muslims are not equal with Muslims and women are not equal with men . The same law applies in Saudi Arabia.
Please read the following as just one of the discriminating laws:
The Wall Street Journal, April 9, 2002:
In Saudi Arabia, there is the concept of blood money. If a person has been killed or caused to die by another, the latter has to pay blood money or compensation, as follows:
100,000 riyals if the victim is a Muslim man
50,000 riyals if a Muslim woman
50,000 riyals if a Christian man
25,000 riyals if a Christian woman
6,666 riyals if a Hindu man
3,333 riyals if a Hindu woman
That is, a Muslim man's life is worth 33 times that of
a Hindu woman.
The same rule applies in Iran.
If it is not violating human rights, what is it?
Are Non-Muslims less humans than Muslims and their rights are not the same as the rights of the Muslims?
That's a question once has been asked from Mr. Wissam Nasr Executive Director of Islamic Institute for Human Rights:
http://www.faithfreedom.org/debates/wissam_nasr.htm
Quite often especially when Islamists are in awkward situation, or when their self-esteems are in a pile of loose sands?they immediately start some ludicrous propaganda that many non-Muslims are converting to Islam. This is far from the truth.
Is this claim based on facts? Based on what statistics? In what study?
Is Islam the fastest growing religion in places that there is statistics Like USA?
No, Actually, Islam is only the 9th fastest growing religion in America, behind the following:
Religion - Annualized growth rate
Deism - 71.7%
Sikhism - 33.8%
New Age - 24.0%
Hinduism - 23.7%
Baha'i - 20.0%
Buddhism - 17.0%
Native American - 11.9%
Nonreligious/Secular - 11.0%
Islam - 10.9%
Furthermore, Islam is growing off a tiny base. A one percent increase in adult Muslims is just over 10,000 people. A similar increase (1%) of the Secular/Nonreligious group is 275,000.

What about worldwide?
If we want to count just the net gain in population, Falun Gong with 100 million new adepts in just 10 years despite being a very new religion and starting basically with no or a handful of believers only a decade or so ago, it tops the chart as the fastest growing religion of the world.
The fastest growing religion is Falun Gong. A census conducted in 2000 reveal that the practitioners of this religion number100 million and they live in 40 different countries mostly in mainland China.
http://www.cesnur.org/testi/falun_074a.htm
This religion started almost a decade ago. Is Islam growing with this rate? Not even near!!!
Even if Islam is growing, its growth does not compare to that of Falun Gong and therefore the statement that Islam is the fastest growing religion is false.
Some other facts:
In the Middle East, many Muslims do convert to Christianity. However, Muslim?s conversion to Christianity never get to the news media for fear of being apostate and killed by the ?merciful? Islamists. People convert to a religion for various reasons, such as, economic supports, for mental spiritual satisfaction, and even for marital purposes. Everyday, throughout the Third World countries, Christian missionaries are busily converting tens of thousands of poor/destitute peoples. Does it make the Christian religion great?
Thousands of peoples did convert to Jim John?s cultic religion in the seventies; thousands of Japanese people converted to a dangerous cultic religion Supreme Truth; and a crazy man like David Koresh was able to brainwash thousands of his followers to die for his brand of religion. Is the conversion to certain religion/faith makes that faith great? The big question is, does conversion spree a ?litmus test? for a good, or a true religion. I don?t think so! If this were correct, then China?s Falun Gong would be the best religion in the entire world right now.
Christianity has over 2 billions followers, almost double the number of Islam. Does it make Christianity a better religion than Islam or any other religions? Judaism has only a few millions (maximum of 10 millions). Can we claim that Judaism is a worse religion than Islam or Christianity? Can we say that, Muslim Ummah (community) is more prosperous than Jewish Community because Muslims are more numerous? Then, why the number is so important news to us? Is it our weakness or our strength?
Does the number of supporters really matter? A few century ago the entire world believed the Earth to be flat and Sun rotates East to West to give light to the earth. Only one or two human being did not believe the earth to be flat. Who were right eventually, those billions of ignorant peoples or those one or two scientists? The mouth full claim of billion Muslims does not make much sense to me. How many of these billion people have the knowledge of Koran and Hadiths?
Muslims are growing in number but Islam is not growing because of conversion. We should not forget the in 1900, the global muslim population was around 200million. In 2003 it grown to 1.4b. How? By using female reproductive system to its fullest capacity. Is it something to be so proud of?!!
And still it is not as fast as Falun Gong which is almost all converts.
More Muslims are leaving Islam than those converting to it. Those who leave Islam are often the educated Muslims and those who convert are often the kids and the least educated people. It is mostly prison inmates and violent people who find Islam to their liking.
What about those millions of moderate Muslims who are reconsidering their faith? Most of all, what benefit do we achieve by getting some erratic human beings (some young whites, or some black prisoners) converted to Islam? Who counts those Muslims, who either convert themselves to Christianity or just give up their faith in Islam silently?
Another data for religion growth rate, but this time for one decade from 1990 till 2000:
Again Islam position is 9th :

In "Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary of Current English" (Fourth Impression 1988), page 358, we can read this:
genocide: extermination of a race or community by mass murder, or by imposing conditions that make survival impossible.
In Sahih or authentic Hadith we read:
Quote: Volume 5, Book 59, Number 362:
Narrated Ibn Umar:
Bani An-Nadir and Bani Quraiza fought (against the Prophet violating their peace treaty), so the Prophet exiled Bani An-Nadir and allowed Bani Quraiza to remain at their places (in Medina) taking nothing from them till they fought against the Prophet again) . He then killed their men and distributed their women, children and property among the Muslims, but some of them came to the Prophet and he granted them safety, and they embraced Islam. He exiled all the Jews from Medina. They were the Jews of Bani Qainuqa', the tribe of 'Abdullah bin Salam and the Jews of Bani Haritha
and all the other Jews of Medina.

Why there is no Jew left in Hejaz (Saudi Arabia)?
So if someone call this historical event as a genocide of a Jewish tribe, is it disrespectful? because as far as I can understand, the definition is met. If someone asks what happened to all those Jews who lived in Hejaz (Saudi Arabia) because we do not see even one is left, is this question is an insult? If I am wrong, please let me know.
