The competition will be held on Sunday 27th July at the North Solihull Sports Centre, Conway Road, Chelmsley Wood, B37 5LA.
There will be 31 categories for semi contact and 45 categories for Light Continuous.

RULES
1: ISKA rules will be used in all Semi Contact and Light Continuous Categories.

The full protective equipment listed in these rules must be worn by all competitors.
2: Semi Contact Novice categories are only open to fighters who
have been training for less than a year.
3: Light Continuous matches will be contested over 2 x 1 minute rounds for juniors under 16 years of age and 2 x 1 1/2 minute rounds for competitors over 16 years of age.
4: Categories will be withdrawn if less than two competitors enter.
5: All competitors must have and produce a valid licence on registration on the day.
Fighters - £15 per category
Spectators - £7 (under 5's free)
