-post a reward up to $50,000
-hire a private investigator
-distribute the identification video to law enforcement
-distribute picture posters throughout the community and to the law enforcement

Project Love Shield was started in 2007 by a dynamic woman by the name of Opal Conner Flaire. Her goal was to make sure that this infuriating statement that" Every 42 seconds a child is reported missing" became a thing of the past.
Her mission for Project Love Shield is:
To bring child safety awareness to all parents and schools through lectures and educational guides. To ensure that no children of a low-income family goes without the pertinent safety information or be enrolled in the Child Shield, U.S.A. Program. In December of 2006, Opal encouraged her biological mother to separate from her marriage of 9 years. It was not until February 2007 that her biological mother actually went through with it. With the separation came the possibility that her 7 year old sister might be kidnapped.
Even though Opal had religious beliefs, she still felt that she should take even more preventive measures. She searched the internet for weeks, before she found a reliable, positive identification kit. She wanted more than just a picture of her sister on a card or an id bracelet. She wanted a network, a team of people who were going to search high and low to find her sister, in the event that the unthinkable occurred.
She invested in the product for her sister and herself. She became an Affiliate Representative for Child Shield,
