Kobe Mashiko aka "iron chef italian" he grew up with a love for cooking and to travel. Born in Yamanashi Prefecture a family that grew peacees and grapes, he began his step in the world of cooking in college. He worked part time at a japanese resturant Ottotto so he can earn money for traveling. After graduating from college, he worked in ristorante Al poorto, Finally he ended up in italy when he was 25. Thanks to kobe's expirence in college he joined one of the top italian resturant in the country. That is where he got his skill creativity an devotion for italian food, he recently opened his own resturant.
