A journey for a Lifetime
this I know is true.
A journey that is my time
and I’ve been born anew.
Changes I have wrought
and guidance I have sought.
Strength I have gained
and friendships I have made.
I’ve hit milestones along the way
and at each I’d hear Gale say
“You have the Tools to make it so
and we’re all so proud of you.”
The wisdom I have leaned
Can best be framed by these words…
I am free to be ME
and I am WORTHY!
Yes, this journey will last a lifetime
And the scale is just one sign.
