Alright, I've made it to New Zealand and I have some pictures for everyone to check out.  Behold their awesomeness!

I've added a blog to my site here.  I'm a long time Livejournal user, and I will maintain my prescence over there for my entries about my daily life.  On this site I am going to simply going to post rants and other thoughts that I would like to share with the rest of the world.  Not that I really think that the rest of the world ever looks at my site.  But it's there if they want.

I finished my novel, and I even had an entire day to spare.  Behold the glory of my winners icon.

Hello everyone!  I've had serveral updates go up behind the scenes, so you should check them all out.  Also, I'm participating in the National Novel Writing Month challenge.  This month, I will be very busy trying to produce a 50,000 word novel by midnight on November 30.  Whish me luck.  If you would like to see some more information, check out the link below.

I have uploaded all of my pictures from NDK 2005.  They are available now, for your viewing pleasure.  There is more information about our trip to NDK on The Gameslave.  That's our press page in case anyone cares.  Though, I suppose that if you are reading this you have come from that page anyways.  Guess its all just a moot point really.

I plan to leave my pictures up for a little while longer.  Then I'll take the 2004 pictures down for sure.  I want to post some WoW screenshots, and the only way I'll be able to do that is by removing some of the other files from my site.

I got really lazy after graduation.  Maybe not so much that, but my computer at work doesn't have internet access, and that makes it very difficult to work on a webpage.  But now there are improvements again.  I just updated the NDK section, and I will try to update a few more things tomorrow, but I can't make any garuantees.  I bet that I didn't spell that right.  Then again, I really don't care.

I had a few updates this month.  Feel free to check them out.  As I start having more free time (with finals and such finishing up) I will try to post more cool things.  I've been working on a journal for my primary WoW character and would like to start making some short stories based on his adventures in Azeroth.  Look for cool new stuff to come soon.

I have made a few minor update recently, but I have been so busy lately that I really haven't had time for anything major.  I should be able to update the roleplaying section this weekend however.  Please, give me some more ideas for my site so that I have an opportunity to implement them.  Right now, I feel that I'm somewhat lost my direction.  Suggestion box is iproteus(at)gmail.com.  Trust me, I have plenty of space in there.

Well, I have a whole lot of pictures that I pulled off my camera the other day.  So, hopefully I'll remember to bring it with me to school tomorrow so that I have time to throw all the important updates up.  I also have another website that I am also trying to maintain.  So hang with me folks, I can't get everything done at once.

And I don't really have anything to talk about.  I played some tennis with my girlfriend.  Unfortunately we both are terrible and spent more time chasing the ball than really playing.  After that I went to see Oedipus Rex with one of my classes.  Oh, my goodness, that was such a great show.  I may have to post a review of it, even though I'm not an expert on theatre.  I was enthralled throughout the entire performance.

Sunday, I went to my first day of play practice.  I still can't believe that I'm gonna be Skye for Guys and Dolls.  Inconceivable!

My last semester of school is starting up.  Hopefully I'll have time to work on the site still.  I really want to make updates much more regularly, I just really have trouble finding the time.  But in any case, I still haven't managed to paint any models since that last time I posted here, so there isn't anything to show off really.  At some point, I remember taking a picture of most of my army, so I'll have to dig that up some time so that I at least have some sort of picture to show.

I've got quite a few updates today (just look at all the sections that have a new tag next to them), but I haven't really added any new content.  I'll be working on getting a Guild roster set up as soon as possible.  The first step is logging into WoW and getting everybody's information.  For now, please go to my friends site The Gameslave.  He has some info about a few of our players for everyone to check out.

Also, I will be painting some models tonight.  I can't really get any pictures up because my camera is at my parents house, but rest assured, good things are coming soon.

I'm going to start adding in pictures  from Nan Desu Kan as soon as I get them offloaded from my camera.  Not sure how long that will take, but I'm really working on this stuff and hopefully it will all turn out right.

I'm currently adding pictures to the site.  It'll probably take awhile for anything worthwild to be up, but make sure that you keep checking.  Otherwise, you'll never know what's going on.

So I'm back for a few days, and there may actually be a little bit of activity on the website here.  I need to add a lot of pictures from my trips.  Unfortunately that's gonna require a bit of time.  First off, I need to look through all of the pictures and pick out ones that I actually care about showing off to the Internet.  Then I need to figure out a decent way to prestent them.  These two steps pose a few problems when you consider that I didn't have my digital camera for my trip to Japan.  So all those pictures are regular film and therefore not all that nice.  For the time I speant up at Grand Lake, CO, I had my digital camera and may have had some really good wildlife pictures as well as funny pictures of my family.

So I'm definately a long time geek who's a little good with computers.  On the other hand I have been incredibly lazy and never really felt like making my own website.  My friend pointed this webserver out to me and here I am.  So for the next few weeks this site will be under construction.  In the mean time, take a look at my livejournal at http://www.livejournal.com/users/iproteus/ .  I have kept that updated relatively well in the past and will still probably be the place for my personal journal and news.  This site will probably be devoted more to my pictures and stories.  Oh and the username I use would by choice be proteus, but somebody else always seems to have registered that name before me.  If you really want the story of my username, you'll have to ask sometime.

Now I can keep track of how many people actually come to my site.
