Class 1: (1) Teach the beginning of the Phase III infertile time according to Rule C; (2) teach the three basic signs of fertility and infertility; (3) motivate couples to practice marital chastity through NFP. Important: To understand the material in classes 2-4, class 1 must be attended.
Class 2: (1) Review basic physiology; (2) teach the rules for the Phase I infertile time; (3) reinforce basic motivation to use only NFP; (4) teach about the most fertile time (Phase II) and tips to achieve pregnancy; (5) explain certain unplanned pregnancies. Important: To understand the material in classes 3-4, class 2 must be attended.
Class 3: (1) Explain the concept of natural mothering; (2) explain and apply the various Phase I and Phase III rules; (3) explain the logic behind the different Phase III rules. Important: To understand the material in class 4, class 3 must be attended.
Class 4: (1) Explain the return of fertility after childbirth whether bottle-feeding or breastfeeding; (2) explain and apply the charting principles for special situations.
