It is a nice platform to exchange the view and strength the cadre. I would suggest to add the facility to upload the orders and rules under one tab, so that every member can search and get beniffted. also it will save the energy and increase the popularity of this blog. regards Ajay
Group A is taking their own promotion by hook or by crook in Time , irrespective of any odd situation for example : - OFB order no. 381-2067-A-G gazetted officers provisional promotion of dated 3-11-2010 that means they are impatience to wait but since last 3 years no DPC was held without any reason and as per office memorandum no. 22011-9-98 Estt (D) dated 8-9-98 stated that delays in promotions results in considerable frustration amongst the offices there by adversely affecting their morale and overall productivity and DPC should be held at least 4 months before the commencement of vacancy year and we are begging promotion since last 3 years but they are not giving but they are taking their own promotion this the difference between group A and group B and nobody is there to ask this question to them and nobody is there who can take any action against them for violating and spoiling the career prospects of the offices working in the same organization and I think this will be continued for ever and more over the cadre review proposal is nothing but an eyewash hence unless and until we all will not agitate strongly like chain fast , working by wearing black badges for weak and show our utter dissatisfaction about the career prospect nothing positive solution will come out it is for all the NE members to take it seriously
Sir, another 25 days have passed since you have last visited OFB and met Mem/Per and other DDGs. Lots were promised by DDG/NG but in last 25 days there has not been any progress as far as Review DPC is concerned ,less to say about publication of Seniority List. Probably you have gone through agenda no.62/V/2012 but what IOFGOA is going to do is still not clear. Are you not raising any objection? Recently proposal for revision of the S.R.O of JWMs has been uploaded. Lot of new things have been proposed like sanctioned strength discipline-wise is subject to variation depending on government policy, qualification for LDCE are dangerous for the future cadre and must be protested from all level.Haven't you finalised cadre review paper yet? This is a very important time phase through which we are going & hope all association will raise themselves to the occasion. With regards.

It is to inform that the memorandum has been forwarded to OFB from OLF Dehradun. It is also requested on behalf of all JWMs who got the promotion after 1.1.2006 for taking up the issue of additional increment on promotion which has not been been provided. S.P.S.Bisht Sec. OLF Branch
