Working within the club are Graham Prythric and Rob August who are always available to help people coming into the club for the first time.
The club aims to produce Full-Contact Kickboxers of the highest standard as well as promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle. We have an exellent reputation on the Kickboxing Competition circuit but are also very well known for being a friendly, fun, club that has a large number of people training for fitness and self-defence only. Sparring is recommended but not compulsory!
