WEAPONS

Here are some weapons used by Inuyasha characters.

Hiraikotsu-A huge boomerang that is used to destroy demons. It is made of bones of demon's slain by the villagers in Sango's village. BELONGS TO -Sango

Tenseiga-(Heavenly Life Fang) A sword that was forged by Totosai and left to Sesshomaru by his father when he died. Although it is not an offensive weapon, it is very powerful. It has the power to heal as well as bring back the dead by destroying gaki. BELONGS TO -Sesshomaru

Tokijin-(demon fighting god) It is a powerful offensive sword with an aura of hate all it's own. Kaijinbo carves this sword from the fang of Goshinki, the demon who destroyed Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga. BELONGS TO -Sesshomaru

Tetsusaiga- This sword was left to Inuyasha by his father when he died. It was made from his father's own fang, and was hidden inside the tomb within Inuyasha's eye. It was carved by Totosai. It's original purpose was to guard Inuyasha's mother, a human. As such, it works best when Inuyasha is defending humans. It also has the power to restrain Inuyasha's metamorphosis and could only work if Inuyahsa is in his original half demon form. If he let goes of the Tetsusaiga, he turns into a full blooded demon. Later in the series when the Tetsusaiga breaks, it is recreated again and is made of from his own fang. There are alot of secrets of the Tetsusaiga and it is very powerful that Sesshomaru thinks that his father had made a mistake. He thinks that the sword is too powerful to be controlled by his little half demon brother, Inuyasha. Just as the Tetsusaiga was used to protect Inuyasha's human mother, it also protects Kagome.
