Breaking News from dallaFM

Inter FC captain Ross Proud has been put into custody in the Spanish resort of La Manky after allegations of Sheep-Chicken molesting were filed against him.

The rare inbred-cross-breed breed of Sheep-Chicken are a protected species and Proud is said to be in a sorry state after confiding in close friends and admitting he has a problem.

Inter FC declined to comment but it is believed they are getting on with normal business this week and are keen to forget about the news and certainly not think of stumping up the bail money which will get Proud back into the UK.

Latest News:

On Sunday 8th Feb Inter hosted the 'Goals Tournament' at Goals Leicester.  In the 'round robin' Inter kicked off with a dissapointing - and indeed - shocking defeat to the Burnet Boys.  Inter then went down 2-1 to old (in both senses) rivals Guy Derry United.

The last 2 games were going to be crucial and the penultemat fixture was against Champions League victors Everton.  The same team was put out by May and Inter rallied to claim an emphatic 3-1 win.  The final game was a rout - Inter thrashing Man City 5-1.

Burnet Boys was next up in the semi final and revenge was on the cards.  3-1 up with just 1 and half minutes to go and Inter fell apart.  Burnet grabbed 2 quick goals and fired in the winner with just 10 seconds left to make it 4-3.

Burnet Boys eventually lost in the final on penalties to Guy Derry United - a side led magestically by captain incompetent Guy Derry - aka pieman.

Previous News:

On Sunday night Inter suprisingly went down 9-5 to 'Guy Derry United' in the 'Inaugrual Friendly Challenge Match' at Goals Leicester.

Inter got off to a shaky start with GDU smashing in the first goal of the game courtesy of magic man 'Mad Jonny'.  Inter soon got back into the game and some good link up play between May and Hall jnr resulted in the latter smashing home the equaliser.  The score at half time was 3 apiece.

The second half began disaterously for Inter with GDU hitting home 2 quick goals - one of which coming from manager Guy Derry, who was constantly taunted by the crowd for his lack of fitness and pie wasteline.  Inter managed to pull it back to 6-5 but in their search of an equaliser let GDU through to score 3 more goals.

---------------------------------------MAY REFUTES HALL SUGGESTIONS-------------------------------------

Manager Andy May has spoken out over recent rumours that academy starlet Scott Hall may be leaving the club.  He was angered by suggestions that he would let Hall leave the club for 7million, "7mil - a disgrace - triple that and I might have a look."

In the meantime May said he is looking at other options before the close of the transfer window on Monday, "We are considering a bid for a prolific striker but for the moment I am still confident our current side can emulate the 'quadruple success' of Everton last year."

Previous News:

After an exciting league campaign Inter went into the Champions League final looking to secure the first piece of silverware since 1938.

Everton started the game the brighter and Inter found themselves 3-0 by half time.  A tactical change in the second period saw Inter restore some pride and the score at one point was 4-2 to the toffees.

However, Everton continued to pressurise the Inter defence and the score in the end was a dissapointing 7-4 to the toffees.

Team: H Smth (0), R Proud (3), A May (1), D Randle (0), S Hall (0)
