Dr. Idelle Brand is a 1981 graduate of NYU College of Dentistry. She has advanced certification in general dentistry (FAGD) as well as holistic dentistry (FIND). She has a holistically minded general dental practice in midtown Manhattan.
Presently she is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Hypnotherapist with advanced training in anxiety and pain control, a practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Quantum Energy Transformation, as well as a practitioner of SomaEnergetics Sound Therapy, Reconnective Energy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). She continues to expand her training in the field of alternative medicine.
HER JOURNEY INTO HOLISTIC HEALING
After two years of elusive persistent health issues, she was diagnosed with late stages of Chronic Lyme Disease. After working with conventional Western Medicine, she was "cured" five years later, but still left quite debilitated. Continual health challenges such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, neuraligia, brain fog, and muscle tremors persisted. Conventional medicine did not have a cure for these symptoms and she was told to just "accept and live with it"; and to take medication for the symptoms when they exacerbated.
Not one to acquiesce, she persisted in self education by reading hundreds of books on nutrition, detoxification and alternative medicine. Energy healing courses presented themselves over time, providing another missing piece of the puzzle to create wellness.
Her first revelation was the complete disappearance of fibromyalgia (of twelve year duration), after taking a weekend course in Sound Therapy.
Her personal journey of seeking health has provided motivation, inspiration and hope for many of her patients. Currently, she is extremely well and enjoying amazing vitality.
