A Message from the Founder of the IA

Welcome to the homepage of the International Association, a federal
institution for micronational political entities. The Association is
now welcoming membership, from individuals, groups
or other established micronational entities.
Individuals can become either Citizens of the Association or Associates
of the Association. Either of these statuses confers all the benefits
of participation in the Association; the main difference between the
two statuses is that Citizens are considered an integral part of the
Association, whereas Associates are more "friends" of the Association.
Individuals are entitled under the Constitution of the Association
to representation in the Association's Lower House.
Groups can become recognised as Councils within the Association. The
Councils hold the executive power within the structure of the Association
and are its key constituitive elements. Councils are entitled under
the Constitution of the Association to representation in the
Association's Upper House.
Existing micronations can also be recognised as Councils, and the
Association extends an invitation to established micronations to join
the Association.
Have a look at our pages and mull over, if you will, whether
joining the Association would serve your needs.
