Junior and Senior Flag was awesome and I just want to Thank You all for your hard work and dedication. Don't forget to practice your homework for Friday as that is the first thing we will be looking at

Hello everyone.. Not alot of people showed up tonight, however it was such an awesome training session. Senior Baton is looking the nuts and the two baton is like... OMG! YAY! We are getting it right so much better atm, and just think we have untill May to perfect it!

Senior Freestyle, well what can I say?! Nothing I say will do it any justice but there we go. LOL. At least it's back to us doing what we do and doing it well!

There is no training on Tuesday night as I am off to go see Kanye West! WOOP! I AM SOOOOOOOOO EXCITED! So hopefully, I will see EVERYONE next Friday.
