Inner Ear is a website run by volunteers. I started this website in 2000, and with ups and downs we've been doing some good work. Initially my goal was promotion, but slowly I shifted more towards interviews & reviews and indirect promotion. I occasionally still do promotional work for bands and artists, but I just don't have the time to spend hours and hours a week on it.
Through personal interviews and song by song reviews we try to give you a little taste of what these artists and bands are about.
The website has been offline several times, and to be honest, I can't guarantee if this long will be permanent. It's just that I have to do almost everything myself without very much help. It takes time to do all this, and even though I've tried to assemble a staff, it never really worked out.
I would still very much like to have people that are willing to commit and help me on this project. Also because it means I could do more towards promotion again.
The website is quite organized and extended these days. We have lyrics, a promo page, reviews, interviews and a small selection of media that will be expanded through time. We also have a myspace page: www.myspace.com/innerearmedia. Please give us a visit there.
