SITE & CARAVAN summary
Our 7 Berth 2 bedroom caravan is conveniently sited on the very popular Sealands caravan park at Ingoldmells which is quite close to Fantasy Island and the Butlins complex, but not on top of them as it were!, therefore you can enjoy quieter days on the site, and because Sealands has direct BEACH access, you are able to enjoy great times on the beach without being far from the caravan!, The site also has a lovely CAFE by the beach area, and a handy SITE SHOP too! for everyday essentials.
The caravan has a nice homely feel, and is well equipped throughout, offering many mod cons including, 20" CTV, DVD player,FREEVIEW digital tv system,Nintendo Gamecube console-games & controllers, & a CD-radio-clock-alarm, and the kitchen area is also well equipped with a full size gas cooker, Microwave oven, Fridge, Kettle, & Toaster.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms, plus additional sleeping space in the lounge area giving a total sleeping capacity for 7 people.
THE CARAVAN-ROOM BY ROOM! The lounge the spacious lounge area offers a very comfy homely feel with lot's of comfy seating, and there is a dining table area with seating to both sides. The fitted units in the lounge provide handy cupboards, and a tall boy unit which has a hanging clothes rail and shelf, there is a fitted gas wall heater, and we have equipped the lounge with a good selection of TV equipment including 20" colour TV, DVD player, FREEVIEW system, Nintendo Gamecube games consnsole-controllers & games, and a stereo CD player-clock-radio too!. Bedroom 1 Features a comfy 3/4 size double bed surrounded by a built in illuminated shelved area, there is also a fitted wardrobe & top cupboard, and a lovely illuminated & shelvedvanity area with drawers below. Bedroom 2 offersß single beds!, 2 are side by side which are suitable for up to adult, plus there is a very handy third cabin style bed above to suit a younger child (up to around 8yrs) There is also a handy wardrobe in this room too. The galley style kitchen provides all the cooking equipment you should need, along with a good selection of crockery, cookware, & untensils.
There is a full size gas cooker, microwave oven, gas water heater, Fridge with freezer compartment, Kettle, and electric toaster. The shower room provides a instant hot water gas shower over a mini bath-with moulded seating area. There is a wash basin and WC system, and a bathroom cabinet, plus separate shelves and mirror. Veranda This caravan has a nice little veranda area by the lounge area door, we have provided a table on the veranda along with 2 folding chairs which you can use on the veranda, or within the caravan.
