Mario's NES cameos
Lets talk about Mario's cameos. First we will talk about his NES cameos. He appered as the enemy in Donkey Kong Jr.
Mario also appers in Donkey Kong 3. He acually doesn't really apper in this game but he is replaced by Stanly which is probably Mario's third twin.
In Donkey Kong Jr. Math, Donkey Kong Senitor cameos as Donkey Kong Jr. learns math.
In Donkey Kong Jr. + Jr math lesson(Japan only), it's a combination of Donkey Kong Jr and math.
Mario also makes a cameo in the NES game that is not realesd in the US called Mother. He was mentioned, not shown. A boy in the School asked Ness "Have you played Super Mario Bros 7?" There acually is no such thing as a Super Mario Bros 7 but I call Super Mario Sunshine Super Mario Bros 7 because it is Mario's 7th platform game. Here are the other 6: 1: Super Mario Bros, 2: Super Mario Bros 2, 3: Super Mario Bros 3, 4: Super Mario World, 5: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's island, 6: Super Mario 64.
Mario appers in the Famicom Disk System when you turn it on. But it is a Japan only release.
Mario also apppers in Golf. You will notice that the person that golfs is Mario.
In Manic Mansion, when you turn on a "video game," some music is played, and you hear the first five notes of the famous SMB theme.

In Mike Tyson's Punch-out/Punch-out, While you are fighting Mario appers as the referee.
In Pinball, at the Bouns stage, Mario and Pauline appers when Mario has to get Paulene out of the cage.

In Tetris, when you complete the B-type game on Level 9, Height 5, You will see Mario, Luigi, Toad, Princess Toadstool, Donkey Kong, Kid iciris, Bowser, Samus, and Link playing different insterments.

Mario's Game Boy Cameos
Now let's talk about Mario's Game Boy cameos. In Alleyway, when you start Mario jumps on your paddle, also in stage 3 and in stages 16-18, the block formations are shaped like Mario's head, the block formations in all the other stages are shaped like Mario characters.

In Baseball, Mario is one of the pithers for the Bears and Luigi is one of the pictures for the Eagles. The don't resemble Mario and Luigi.
In Donkey Kong land 2, at the end you will see Mario and Yoshi on the stage.
In F-1 race in course 6 as you are driving, Mario waves at you. On the way in Course 2 you will see Toad and on the way at Course 3 you will see Luigi, Princess Toadstool on the way at Course 4 Donkey Kong on the way at Course 9, and Bowser at the ending sequence.
On game boy camera. Mario dances at the title screen. There might be other pictures in the game that has Mario in it but I'm not sure.
In the Legend of Zelda Link's awakning, there is lots of Cameos but in different names

In Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow when you are at Safferon City, there is a girl that mimics everyone. When you go upstairs at her house there is a Super NES. Press the A button and it will say "A game with MARIO wearing a bucket on his head!" That is a reference to the SNES game thats unrealesed in the US called Mario and Wario.
In Qix, after 1-player mode is over, Mario does a little something depending on your score. In player 2 mode, player 1 is team Mario, player 2 is team Luigi. They will apper after your victory, or weep of their defeat. See screenshots below for more infromation.
In Tennis, Mario appers as the umpire.
In Tetris in 2-player mode, one Game Boy is Mario and the other is Luigi,depending on what character is representing you.

Mario's SNES cameos
Mario makes a cameo apperance in Donkey Kong Country.

Lets talk about Mario's cameos for the SNES. In the ending sequence of Donkey Kong Country 2, you will see Mario, Yoshi, and Link be on stage. Next to the "No Hopers" trash can you could see the shoes from Sonic the Hedgehog.
In Donkey Kong Country 3, when Wrinkly Kong is playing her Nintendo 64 you will hear music from Super Mario 64. Donkey Kong Country 3 came out two months after Super Mario 64 came out.
In Earthbound the arcade shows some games. There are no real titles to these games but some of them shows DK machines.
Mario makes a cameo apperence in the Japan only game, Famicom Detective Club part II.

In Kirby's Super Star, in Megaton Punch, when you fight look at the crowd, you will see Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Birdo in the crowd. Also in the Great Tresure Offence some of the treasures you collect ar treasures from other games like one of the treasures is the Great Kitty from Mystical Ninja starring Goemon, the bucket from Mario and Wario(unreleased in the US), the Barrel from Donkey Kong, a Turtle shell from Super Mario Cart, and a Screw Ball from Metroid. Another cameo of Mario is at the end of Milky Way Wishes as the credits roll there will be some icons of Kirby. Mario appers at the end of the credits, Decorating the Executive Producers Title. And finally the most interesting cameo of all is if you be Stone Kirby, one of the statues you will be transformed is a Mario statue. It's a rare statue.

In the Legend of Zelda: A link to the past when you go to some houses there is a painting of Mario. There is also an enemy that resemble Chain Chomp. Look at the screenshots below and you will see them.
In the Japan version of Earthbound, the dog is named Yoshi, favorate food is mushroom, and Goal for favorate thing, you will have to read Japanese to find out.
In Simcity, you will get a Mario Statue after you reach a population of 500,000. After you beat 6 original scerenos, you will get 2 bouns scerenos: Los Vegas and Freeland. Freeland has the shape of Mario's face. Bowser is one of the disasters that can happen in the game. In Tokyo 1961 scereno, Bowser wreaks havoc throughout the city and you have 5 years to fix it.
In Stunt race FX, in Speed Trax mode while you are driving, you could see signs of Mario. A Luigi sign can be found in any Battle Trax mode you do.
In Super Action play football there is a coin that flips from heads to tails. Heads shows Mario's Face and tails shows Mario's racoon tail from Super Mario Bros 3.
In Super Punch Out!! in the listings you will see some listings that have Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Wario.
In SuperScope 6, in Lazerblaster A shows Mario and the other shows Lemmy O Koopa. Shoot Lenny down for a bouns.
In Uniracers, there is a track named Wario Paint.

Now let's talk about Mario's cameo apperencaes for the Nintendo 64. In Donkey Kong 64, Mario Makes a game cameo. This requares Donkey' lever pulling ability. Pull the lever at the arcade and play the original arcade game where Donkey Kong captures Pauline and it is up to Mario to save her.
In F-zero X, one of the racers has a Mario shaped face and he has a Starman belt. His name is Dr. EAD which refers to Nintendo EAD.
In the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, the most interesting cameo of the game is the Mario mask, you could see it on a backpack very early in the game, also there are these to characters that look like Mario and Luigi. A guy named Talon looks like Mario and a guy named Gorman, the Ingo looks like Luigi. Also the characters Romani and Creamia wears these Bowser pendents.
In The Legend of Zelda Ocarena of Time, there are these characters that resemble Mario characters. The guy talon who owns the Lon Lon Ranch looks like Mario, and Ingo who looks a lot like Luigi, and Malon who reminds you of Princess Toadstool. Also the characters that resemble the Mario character's wear Bowser Medallions. Also when you enter the Castle Courtyard of Princess Zelda's castle you will see photo's of Yoshi, Peach, Mario, Bowser, and Luigi.
Mario makes a cameo appereance in the Japan only system, Nintendo 64 DD BIOS
Pilotwings 64, in one of the stages you would see Mario's face on Mount Rushmore. If you hit Mario's face with your pilot, it will turn into Wario's face.
In Pokemon Stadium 2, when you plug Pokemon gold, silver, and crystal when you get a console, decorate your room in 3D and put your console you have, it shows screenshots of the games depending on what system you have.

Mario's Game Boy advance cameos
Let's talk about Mario's Game Boy advance cameos. In Megaman Battle Network 3, at Yai's house in ACDC town you could see Mario's red hat and blue overalls and if you look closely at the hat it will have a white circle and will show the message "It's a simple design, and the fabric won't tear or get dirty".

Mario's Gamecube cameos
Now let's talk about Mario's cameo apperences for the Gamecube. In 1080 avalange, there is a Mario statue at the Angel light: Midnight City. Mario also appers on the "8-bit soul" board with the Mario sprite of Super Mario all-stars for the Super NES, in SMB3 mode. There is a specal board called "Old School" which looks like a NES controller. It makes a few Mario sound effects from the NES game, Super Mario Bros.
In Animal Crossing there is lot's of Mario cameos. The boat Capp'n sings songs and one of them is abouy Mario. At the begining of the game Rover would sometimes say to Tom Nook "Hey its-a-me.... Hahahah good imatation right?" That is a reference to Super Mario 64 when Mario says "Hello it's-a me Mario." There is a Red shirt that resembles Mario's cap which is known as the Big Bros shirt, Alfonso wears it at the beginning of the game. Alfonso's catch phrase is "it's-a me." The Lil Bros shirt is like the Big Bros shirt but it's green like Luigi and it has the L logo. The character Louie (who looks sort of like Donkey Kong) wears this shirt when he first moves in. The toad print resembles Toad's hat but in reversed form(looks like Toads hat from the first 3 episodes of The Super Mario Bros Super Show). Carrie wears this shirt when she moves in. One rock per day when you hit the shovel it will pop out Money and if you do it 4 times it will make the 1-up sound of Super Mario Bros for the NES. One time when you are talking to someone the will have a conversation with you about Great Galloping Goomba's. When Gulliver is talking he will be saying something about Toad Town from Super Mario RPG and from Paper Mario. "I wonder if my sweetie Mary in Toad Town has been doing OK since I left her... And I think of Helen often, since I left her heartbroken in Hyrule..." that's right a Zelda reference. There are these NES games you could collect and I will name the ones in the game that have Mario in it.
