The Infinite Zenith

Infinite Zenith is at once a concept and inspiration, hence the website's name. It is named after two of the vessels in the Celebrity Fleet; I've taken a cruise to Alaska on the Infinty in the summer of 2003. The concept of an Infinite Zenith is derived of the sky's zenith (the point straight up), and how it represents hope and progress.

Purpose and history

The Infinite Zenith was originally created to showcase some of the more user-friendly flash games on the internet. Over time, it grew to house my Sim City 4 creations, and my favorite anime series (along with some sheet music, for anyone who's interested). Recently, it has followed the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series. This site is now updated every Sunday at around 16:00 Mountain time, right after the episodes are released; otherwise, it is updated whenever I find the time to do so.

To the visitors

This website was once a private place for me to play Novel Games without the presence of other players, and as such, I did very little to make it a user-friendly site. Currently, this site can be found on search engines, and nets a good number of visitors looking for anime or gaming images. The internet is at once an incredible resource for stuff, and yet it can be the jerk of all jerks. There are some sites that stand out above the others (sites I visit regularly). Here are some of the sites that are worth mentioning, along with a blurb about content and/or function.

1. Webs- A free web hosing service. Why else would this site exist? 
2. Google- The ultimate search engine, although sometimes, it dregs up crap people index
3. Novel Games- A flash-game company that develops some rather excellent games
4. Wikipedia- The ultimate free encyclopedia where I contribute articles. I use the same articles on my site.
5. Microsoft- Without them, this site (and many other things) wouldn't exist. Go download some free updates and software while you're there.
6. Facebook- A powerful social network utility that is very useful at organizing events, or simply seeing how your friends are doing.
7. Flickr- An image sharing site, it's where I host some images from this website. If you're interested in what people are capable of making, search up HDR images; they look fabulous.
8. Agame- If you're looking for flash games that parallel the games at Novel Games in terms of awesome, this is the place to go.

There are many great sites out there for many things. Below are the sites that deserve honourable mention: they're awesome sites, but I don't visit them as often for stuff.

1. Angel Feathers- It used to be a Ah! My Goddess media and discussion site, but it's a simple forum now. I enjoyed its former gallery very much, but that is sadly nonexistant now
2. Gilsinan Raccoons Site- The ultimate authority on Kevin Gillis' The Raccoons, this site is truely unparalled in every aspect, save the media library, which is still incomplete to date.

6-25/09- Diploma exams are done, so therefore, I'm done high school. What a glorious time, not to have to worry about assignments, projects and tests for two months. Of course, at the end of summer, I'll be itching to start University (BHSc of Health Sciences). Over this summer, Infinite Zenith will undergo a few more changes in the near future, including a new section dedicated to news and local events (of any sort).

6-8/09- It's really been a while since an update, hasn't it? I've added a World of Warcraft gallery: it's been nearly half a year since I've stopped playing, and I wished to post something about it. On another note, I'm nearly done high school, and once I finish writing my Chemistry and English diplomas, it'll be done for all eternity. On to University! I've also graduated from Chinese school for all eternity, but I'll be going back and working as an assistant teacher. For the time being, it's study season.

3-23/09- Giving my site some major updates. Enjoy the new Azumanga Daioh Gallery and anime music sections! 

3-13/09- Just making a random Friday-the-thirteenth post. >_< Actually, I came by to add to my anime section, and to drop the note that I'll be adding an extended anime music section. Stay tuned! 

3-9/09- I'm done my shodan exam, and I've finally gotten around to updating my site in terms of Gundam 00 news. As a reminder, some updates come Monday now due to the nature of fansubbers and uploaders. 

3-4/09- It's the night before my final, practical exam component. I've given the title page a slight re-design, and have added a new 'periodic news box' section. Cheers!

2-13/09- It's really been a while since I've posted any news here. My diplomas are long since done (the first four, anyways), and it's my final term as a high school student. As today, the second part to my black belt exam is a little more than two weeks away. Better get studying

1-11/09- Diplomas are just around the corner now. I'm rather surprised I can manage to study and still find time to watch Gundam, but that's okay. Based on my exam schedule, I will continue to post Gundam 00 related stuff. The first part of my black belt ordering exam is yet to come, and hopefully, I'll do alright.

1-1/09- My only post for the New Years. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

12-25- I have my new banner up, celebrating my site's first year annivarsary. It's really hard to believe that my site was created to be a place where I could practise my Novel Games, and how it eventually grew to expand into an anime blog and game guide. I look forwards to the new year, where my site may evolve even further. I have an additional news update: Gundam 00 OST III came out yesterday, and can be downloaded via torrent. 12-22- Other than updating my Gundam 00 Season 2 page, I haven't had much time to update my site since exams before Christmas Break started. I'll spend some time preparing a special celebration banner during my break: after the break is over, diplomas will start, and at that point, I will truely be busy. 

11-30- It's almost the Christmas season, and marks the one-year mark of my website. It's interesting of how my website has grown from its original purpose as a private place to play Novel Games, to a anime/gamer site hosting gaming tips and anime detail. The archive for news from last year will be avalible shortly after. Stay connected!

11/16- Updated all Gundam 00 posts after having finished all my midterm exams. Gundam 00 is really starting to pick up now, and hopefully, Sunrise won't disappoint us.

11/02- Given the site further updates. I'll be writting my social paper, social midterm and math midterm in the upcoming days, so updates will likely slow down.

10/23- Okay: first order of business is done. I've completely updated the season 1 stuff, and added some pictures. Unfortunately, due to some technical errors, I've lost a few pictures in the Gundam 00 Information bit. They'll be reloaded in due time. 

10/19- Midterm exams are soon coming, and thus, I'll be rather busy. However, I will still be following Gundam 00.

10/17- Finally got around to updating all the Gundam 00 stuff. For the time being, I am working on the 00 pages, so they may be incomplete.

09/19- Archived old news (which, unfortunately, is not avaliable without request), and adding some new Gundam 00 additions to the site. With the coming of Season 2, in less than 2 weeks, I've added some media. Hopefully, the videos will stick around for a while.

This site is specially designed to be easily accessible by iPod Touch and iPhone users. That said, I look forwards to getting my own iPod Touch in half a year...countdown's ON!

• The capacity to access the internet with such a small device is one of the awesome potentials of the iPod Touch...too bad most of the 'popular society' do not utilise this function to its maximum potential.
