Our rates are highly competitive and negotiable. It may vary according to document complexity, format, quality of original, time frame of implementation etc.

Because all texts and translation needs are different, providing you with a clear-cut price here is difficult.

Of course, translation of a simple everyday text costs less than a more challenging technical text.

Bulk discounts can be arranged depending on the amount of work involved.

Protocols

We are able to read texts arriving by post, fax and email (MSWord, html, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, Postscript or text copied and pasted into the mail itself). We prefer to return texts as MSWord files, but we are flexible and can usually accommodate customers’ requirements.

Delivery

Almost all of our translations are delivered by email. We can, of course, post (CD ROM, floppy disk) or fax your translation.

Billing Method

We provide our customers with email invoicing and accept most credit cards or direct bank transfer. For ongoing monthly orders, monthly accounts can be arranged.
