Indirect Fire is a very serious clan.  We recruit on skill, loyalty, and determination to get in.  We do not belive in such things as eliteness, theres plenty of good players out there, we wanted the loyal ones.  Heres a little insight on how our recruiting is done.  First, we play with you for about two weeks.  At that time you will be forced to put *r* on your name. (ex. [i]F-BaNg*r*).  Then you play with us for another week.  At the end of that week, you must get a sponsor.  The sponsor is basically your ticket in, you play with him for another week.  At the end of that week, the sponsor has the right to make the decision whether you are good enough to join.  If he cannot decide voting will happen.  If you get two No's to letting you in you are immediately cast out and forced to remove the [i]F- tag. (Two because we dont want one person holding a grudge against somebody and not wanting them in.)  NOTE:  If the sponsor says you have potential but need some training.  You will immediately be kicked out, this isnt a training clan.  Its a competition clan, and we will take no idiots that dont listen to what they are told and/or rush around everywhere maybe getting some kills but dying every round.  If your sponsor says yes or in voting one or no no's have been accounted for then you will get to take the *r* off your name and be a full time member.

NOTE: Recruits are on probation until they are let in, if they screw up or smart off their out.

Doing our recruiting like this we have found to get exactly what we wish for, skill, and loyalty.  Determination is the only way you will get in.
