Neverending Romance: an Incomplete Nightmare

*head scratch* Well, it had to be done. Considering I've been inforcing 'rules', that only so many people know about, it's probably time they stop being scattered bits of words in the wind. Now these will probably sound entirely stupid, but it's honestly for the List's own good. Yessir, Order is the game.

1) If you have made a submission directly to BMGf, or pay attention to the List thread on BMGf (I advise it, if this bit worries you), and you feel you suddenly HATE the name you gave a particular pairing, you have until the next Latest Additions post. Meaning you have until after the Latest Additions compilation that your 'ship would be included with, but before the following one...to change anything about the pairing.

Otherwise, it's permanent. No take-backs.

2) General consensus (read: only so much I think should be allowed) limited pairings to "six" participants. There have been a few exceptions to this 'rule', but only on a 'theme' basis. ...Whatever.
2a) I'm finally getting off my big butt and starting a separate section for the You Gotta Be Pulling My Chain!HUGE 'ships. And you know who you are who have them. That section is mainly a placeholder. All coined names (the word + shipper) are just as official as the ones on the main List, and cannot be cross-listed between the two (as could regular Pokemon 'ships and crossover-with-Pokemon 'ships). Cross-listed means the coined named exists in different fandoms (i.e. Yu-Gi-Oh and Golden Sun), and they can be used freely between fandoms. For example, Wishshipping. It's Jirachi/Max and Jounouchi/Yugi.

In Summary: if you see a word (combination) on the HUGE 'ship List, you can't use it for your lil ole two-person 'ship on the InComplete List.

3) There will be no debate: once a name is official, it's official. Shut up. Lagomorph stays. Learn to spell it.

4) When using a person with an equally popular J!name aside from their dub name, it will be included at my descretion (Lawrence vs Jirarudan; The only exceptions to this are Hun vs Bashou, under explained circumstances). If you are including a pokemon with a canonical name (such as Sugar or Sparky), please include their species in parenthesis. So I don't think they're suddenly human (as Rose and Sparky share human counterparts).

And most importantly: if you are including someone who shares a dub name (Jimmy, Tyson, etc), or a dub/original name (Marina's bloody popular, folks), or suffer from a reversal syndrome (Blue and Green from Special), PLEASE tell me which one they are!

Is Blue the female or Gary's counterpart? Is Tyson from Johto or Hoenn? Is Lily from Kanto or Johto? This is VITAL. Because I hate hunting people down and asking, "Did you mean him or her?" Et cetra.

5) When submitting Crossover 'ships, please put the full name (in western format; surname comes second) of the non-Pokemon character. If they do not have a full name, please put in brackets after them what series they come from. Because I'm tired of having to do extra hunting in any attempt to make it as clear as possible for other people's benefit.

The only except is Son Gokou (and by extension, maybe the rest of the Journey West characters; pending). He's got a full surname. Still needs identification. And if you don't know why, I suggest you get your head out of DBZ and look up Saiyuki, among others I believe.
