Reading Counts Index
www.davis.k12.ut.us/windridge/Readmain.htm
This list is not from our school, and it's not a complete list of all the newest tests, but it is helpful to find books in one's Lexile and grade level as well as by author. This way, if you have a third grader, you can find titles at the level of your child without having to go through the entire list; Or, if your child has a favorite author, you can find other books that may be of interest. We have tests for all of the books listed on this site plus more that may not be listed. One thing that some parents don't understand is that students can test on books from the public library or bookstore as long as they are on the list. At the Imperial website we have our complete list, but it's indexed by title only. Your child may take as many tests as he or she can at recess, after school or during free moments in the classroom (if there are any). When the children are in Kindergarten and first grade it is helpful if you read together with them, taking turns reading sentences or paragraphs if needed.

Great geography games! There is a link to a game where you have to identify the countries in the European Union, and I played this again and again until I got them all perfect without having to think about which country was which.
