1. Must not have ANY stolen content.
2. Must be Neopets related.
3. Must update AT LEAST once every week, except if there is a hiatus sign or post.

5. Please have a 88x15 button.
6. Must have a good amount of content (about 15+ pages) and be easy to naviate.
7. Sites with any form of Ads will most likely not be chosen... sorry. :(
