BEFORE you ask to order graphics from me... please read the following rules. :)
1. Please do not take off the "by: Steph" or anything that has my name on it.
-- I do not put my name all over the graphics, so there is no reason why you should take it off.
2. Please do not fill my mailbox asking when your layout will be done. Sometimes it takes some times... so please be patient.
3. Donations are greatly appreciated, but not required. ^_~
4. If I catch you using my coding without permission, I will report you either to your web host or on Neopets.

What programs do you use to make graphics? I use Photoshop mainly, and occasionally PSP. For my cursors, I use Iconart, which is a freeware program. :)
Can I have _________ on Neopets please? Though I do occasionally donate, I do not give stuff to people who beg for it. Sorry.
