This is the story of the evolution of an Australian Pop Rock Band through the 1960's.
The Marksmen
Imagination
The author would like to thank Geoff Foster and Neil Porter for their time, and use of their memories, photos and memorabilia without which this story could never be told. As well, Ged Fitzsimmons - for his invaluable photo enhancement expertise, his great on-going support and contacts and kindly allowing me access to the Marksmen/Imagination recordings from his archives. Ged is involved in his own major research project into Wollongong bands of the 1960's - Moonshine On Steeltown (the book and CD's are in the pipeline).
Please note that this website is currently (Oct 2007) undergoing some reconstruction so please be patient with any strange spelling or formatting errors you see from time to time.
