Alternative living means many things to many people.
At this site alternative living means living 'off the grid' and in a way that embraces free thinking within the group.
All memebers of this micro society would be a part of a family of free thinking people who would be prepared work towards a peacefull and tollerant living environment with as little harmfull impact on nature as possible.
Members may come from anywhere and from all walks of life. We may have a family who no longer wants to be a part of a busy lifestyle in a large city..... or ...... A single person who just does not fit in to the hussle and bussle of first world living. People who no longer want to be a part of the ever growing "police state" in some countries. People who want to be free from opression and hate.......
Just about anyone would be welcome.
