All the Time

I'm feeling so empty inside

And you're the only one who can set me free

It looks as though we're in for a long ride

And the only thing to do is flee

I no longer feel empty in my soul

When you are by my side

But you took my heart and left it cold

And you've hung me out to dry

Why won't you look my way

Or spare a passing glance?

Because no matter what I say

Or what I do, you've got me in your trance

I'm getting lost in those brown eyes

Amd that smile of pure joy

When you are gone, I feel a sigh

Under my breath, boy

But, alas, it was not meant to be

At least, not at the moment, you know

There will come a time when you will finally see

Me, and you'll feel it in your bones

So I will wait until that day

When those bright eyes are mine

And when that moment comes, I'll say
