There is a immediate $100.00 non-refundable deposit per puppy to hold a puppy unti he/she is ready to go and this goes toward your final payment. Final payment must be received by the time your puppy is 8 weeks old. Unless other arrangements have been made with me.

****DEPOSITS CAN BE MADE BY USING PAYPAL IN MY WEB STORE

MUST HAVE EITHER SPOKEN TO ME BY PHONE OR EMAIL FIRST BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT.****

If for some reason you need more time beyond the 8 weeks time limit, you need just to contact me and explain the situation. I will try to work something out...I do not wish for anyone to lose out on their $100.00 deposit, but it is the only way to secure the puppy you want.

the deposit is non-refundable, unless a licensed Veterinarian determines there is a health issue making the puppy unfit for sale or unable to be delivered.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MEANS JUST AS IT SOUNDS...IT'S NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF YOU PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A PUPPY AND YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, I KEEP THE DEPOSIT.

When you put down deposit, that lets me know you are serious about buying that puppy and it also means that I will not sell that puppy to another person.

If you just change your mind on that one puppy and still want to buy another puppy from me that is fine, as long that I have another puppy available. Under certain circumstances, I will honor your deposit on a upcoming litter.


I will not accept holds on my puppies until they are

4-6 weeks old. I usually do not ship puppies, but for the right person I will.

I will not ship a puppy until they reach 2 lbs.

 If they are 2 lbs at 8 weeks old, I will ship them to

you or you can pick up your new baby.


Pending until deposit received means that someone has showed interest and will let me know within a week if they want that particular puppy.
You can still buy this puppy, because no deposit was put down to hold. I can only hold a puppy if you put down a non-refundable $100.00 that goes toward the purchase price of your puppy.


Now taking deposits and payments....

These litters will be available to ship, please contact me first about this. We will only ship through ground transport. Some areas cannot be delivered to by Brumby Transport.

We can also meet at the airport (St. Louis, Kansas City, Tulsa) if you choose to fly here and take puppy back with you for a fee of $100.00 and will also meet in a location in those cities for delivery (when available).

Person who chooses to pick up puppy or have us deliver the puppy will have dibs on getting the puppy first. We would rather not ship any of our puppies.

Please remember that we will not ship until the puppy has reached 2 lbs in weight.

Some people ask me why would you advertise other breeders on your site? Doesn't that take away business from your site?
And the answer is pretty simple....I love the Chihuahua Breed and it's a pleasure to be able to raise these beautiful babies. I also realize that bringing a new Chihuahua puppy into someone's lives is at least a 17 year commitment. I might not have a certain type, color, coat, markings, but friends of mine do. So, I want the new owner's to make sure they have picked the right one for their family. I wouldn't want anyone to regret choosing a puppy. I love all Chihuahua's regardless if they are mine or not.
