Well, to share a bit about where I come from... I was born in June of 1943. I was raised in the small town of Bruce,Ms.
Bruce,Ms.
My parents, now deceased, were Reed and Lou Edna Barfield.
They were good parents and they brought me up along with my 2 older brothers William and Charlie and my youngest brother Billy Joe.
We didn't have a lot of money but we always had lots of love and respect for one another, and I think that put us among some of the 'richest' American families.
Some miscellaneous things of interest to me are:
- Classic television trivia
- History (I often watch the History Channel)
- Woodworking (from carpentry to refurbishing old furniture to making chess boards)
- Science-fiction (I watch the Sci-fi channel a lot too)
- The Wonders of Space
- Strange Events
- Religion and Spirituality
- Computers
- Nature and Animals (love enjoying the outdoors but have never been a camper or a hunter)
- Collecting Oddities (There is truly no rhyme or reason to what I collect. My collection contains a wide assortment of unusual items. Whatever catches my eye, ranging from the time frame of say 1880's to the 1950's' may make it into my collection cases.)
