Born in 1943, a Gemini, Jim was raised in the small town of Bruce,Ms.
His beloved parents, Reed and Lou Edna Barfield, brought him up along with his 2 older brothers William and Charlie and his youngest brother Billy Joe. They did not have a lot of money but they always had lots of love and respect for one another,
joining them among some of the 'richest' of all American families.
Jim's Interests Include:
Well, as can be seen by this site, Jim has always been
particularly fond of true classic television and movies.
In addition to that... he has often enjoyed trivia, history, woodworking,
science-fiction, the wonders of space, strange events, religion and spirituality, computers, nature and animals, and collecting
oddities. There is truly no rhyme or reason to what he collects. His collection contains a wide assortment of unusual items. As
he puts it, whatever catches his eye 'ranging from the time frame of say 1880's to the 1950's' may make it into his collection cases.
Jim is also a very devoted family man, always having put his wife and kids before everything. He is of high personable and moralistic
character. A true gem. (And that's not just this daughter's opinion ;)
