James Tomasi: Acted as Promoter and sales director (1950’s), a Venture capitalist (Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam) (1960’s), Entrepreneur (Europe, Fiji) (1970’s ), commodity broker for White Star Shipping and Ramasi, Inc. (1970-80’s), V-President of sales for Safetel, Inc. and President of Telephone Audit Service (1990’s). After being ordained in 2000 he served as Associate-Pastor of NLCC (2003-2004). James is the current President of International Christian Servants, Inc. (ICS). He is a world-renowned speaker, author (Feed the Tiger and What Time, Tuesday?) and missionary. He is the current pastor of Church on the Lamb, a church without walls in the Marketplace.
Rhonda Tomasi: Rhonda holds a B.A. in Business Management/Marketing, was a Childbirth instructor, ICEA for 17 years, Vice-President and Secretary of Telephone Audit Service, and President of Electric Jazz. She was ordained in 2000, and teaches in churches while ministering alongside her husband, James. She is the mission coordinator for ICS and UC HIM, and historian for KCUCS. She is co-author with her husband James of Whose Deal is It? and Feed the Jungle: The Vietnam Saga.
They currently promote mission trips through UC HIM (Upper Cervical Healers International Missions) along side Dr. Robert Kessinger, President of KCUCS. Dr. Kessinger and James co-partner to speak in churches about this ministry of healing. They also work directly with Dr. Ray Drury and Dr. Thad Vuagniaux promoting the vision of developing UC clinics all over the world. Their organization, Upper Cervical Health Centers of America is an organization comprised doctors representing all eight techniques who have banded together to bring the name upper cervical to the forefront.
