I sure miss your web site and all the information from the cross country meets. The High School boys are doing good at their meets so far. At the rushville invite they come home with a first place plaque. Not sure of their times. Steven Ingersoll , Raymond Allen, Kyle Sims who placed 6th with a time of 17:01,Dalton Knazavich,Lucas Frye, Jared Entwitle, and Mitchell List. I am not sure how the girls did and I don't know all of their names. Miss you Jim
I keep getting better and better every meet,. I'm really excited about this season and if i try hard enough (which believe me i'm trying) I can make it to at least sectionals. Gunna keep tryin!!

Hey Jim i was just letting you know how practice was going. It hasn't been bad so far but all that we have done so far is long runs. I am really sore from the cardio that we did yesterday but that will go away in time. We are supposed to do 800 repeats tomorrow at detweiler park. I will talk to you later. I hope that you get more people out.
