The ICM Records Group is happy to provide you, our client, with a monthly online radio tracking report. We hope that these monthly reports are helpful and provide some insight as to how your 'Single' may be performing in your target market. New tracking information is posted every 30 to 45 days.
To access your tracking information, have the password that was given to you by our office ready to log into your account page. If you do not have or forgotten your password, call or email the ICM office to get your password. Remember, you need this password to get into your account, otherwise you will not have access to this information. If you are not authorized to receive a password, you will not be given this information. Only the person whose name the account is in will be given a password.
If your name appear in the navigation section above, you may click it to access your performance data. If you have recently signed a promotions deal with ICM and your data is not available after 30 days, notify the ICM office at 800-852-7664.
