First, A comprehensive Electronic Media Kit is developed for delivery to target market radio entities which include uploading a copy of your CD single to our Digital Delivery System, which serves more than 195 gospel radio station nationwide. You have the option of a state, regional or national release program. We serve the following radio station genres: Black Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Southern Gospel, Christian Rock, and Christian Jazz.
Each one of our radio stations are what we call 'reporting' radio entities. This means that each of these stations report to the standard radio airplay charts (CMJ, Radio & Retail, Billboard, etc.), and are monitored by licensing agencies (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and Nielsen BDS) which collect royalty payment on your behalf (providing that you own the rights to your songs).
We get your music played on as many of those radio station as we can. There are a number of non-monitored radio stations that we serve as well. Although their airplay does not reflect the major charts, they do keep their own chart system, and they do submit royalty payment to the licensing agencies.
We have implemented a system that will help us track and manage your music's airplay activity. We provide you with a report of what stations have added your music, and what type of rotation frequency your music is provided on that station. This report is viewed online, and only the client (you) have access to this information. This report is updated monthly. We do an aggressive push to get you into the station's daily airplay rotation. The process takes time, but does bring results.

Radio Airplay Promotions: There are 2 types of radio stations. Those that are monitored by the BDS-Nielsen System, a digital tracking system that reports weekly to all royalty agencies; and the non-monitored stations, which report manually. Your CD is submitted digitally, so there is no longer any CD manufacturing or mailing cost (unless you request a manual distribution which will then cost you $8.50 per station). The 'National' radio airplay promotions package is only $75.00. That covers 53 BDS-Nielsen monitored stations, and 142 non-monitored stations. That's a total of 195 radio stations for a good national coverage to break out your single release.
Submitting your music should depends upon your desired radio release date. ICM releases new music to radio every 1st Tuesday of each month. This means that you should have your project to our office 14 or more working days prior to the release date. Once your music's radio copies has been initally submitted for the station on the above 'new release' date, we continue to submit your music electronically every other week for the next 3 months to give the stations a real chance to listen and 'add' you to their playlist. Some stations music directors will not add you right away, but may want to do so later. We make sure they don't forget and give them opportunity to download your radio quality mp3 to their airplay system.
