Exhibition and Craft Fair Events 
Exhibitors are strictly advised to insure their art work and their exhibition or craft fair in general against unforeseen circumstances i.e. closure of roads and tube station, public transportation strike, fire, flow of traffic, the weather, theft and loss of art work and personal property, personal injury or sudden illness, personal or family bereavement. Lateness by the event organiser to open or close the event venue due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.Our terms and conditions apply to  change or cancellation of exhibition or craft fair  dates and venues inforamtion by the event organiser. Photocopies of artist insurance documents must be sent to our business address which is listed on our web site. Exhibitors are advised if they failed to action the above i.e. insure their art work, personal belongings and against unforeseen circumstances - they do so at their own risk. We will not be held responsible for any liable claims. Artists and Exhibitor are advised to process any claims through their insurance company. Artists and Exhibitors are advised that as event organisers we provide event space for participants to display visual artwork, craft works and art accessories in reference to any of the event venues listed on our web site. However we are not responsible for any of the sales cycles to warrant art sales or sales enquiries. Nor are we responsible for selling art work or craft art works accessions, not are we responsible for the visitors buying behaviour pattern at any of our event venues. We do not guarantee any minimum level of attendance at any of the event venues or minimum level of sales at any of listed event venues posted on our web site. Artists and Exhibitors are advised that our role is limited to providing event space only.Visitors to any of our listed event veneus are free to browse through exhibits at our event events without any obligation.We are not responsible for the display of exhibits.

Artists and Exhibitors are advised that we are likely to change contents of any of our exhibition programmes listed on our web site at any time prior notification or without the consent of 3rd parties i.e. artist , exhibitors. Artists and Exhibitors are advised to review content of our web site on a regularly basis and review our terms of conditions and in reference to information listed on our web site.

Terms Of Cancellation
In the event that the Exhibitor request that they cancel their exhibition space booking after acceptance by the Event Organiser.- our terms and condition applies, there is no refund at all. In the event that the Exhibitor fails to meets any of the their payment obligations or the Exhibitor fails to occupy the allocated space by the opening time on the first day of opening of the Exhibition. Our terms and condition applies, we simply reserve the right, without being obliged to do so) - we assume that the Exhibitor has cancel their contract to exhibit if notice is not given within 3 hours on the exhibition opening day. We will re-allocate the space booked to any 3rd party of our choice without any verbal or written notification. There is no refund once an Exhibitor has paid to book space with us.We are not obliged to accept the Exhibitor's request to cancel their Exhibition booking for Space and there is no refund to the Exhibitor.We are not obliged to discuss our final decision with the Exhibitor nor are we under any obligation to disclose usage of the space with the Exhibitor once we have acknowledged an Exhibitor cancellation request. We are also under no obligation to reimburse all or any part of an Exhibitor full payment.There is no part of full refund for any cancellation made by exhibitor at any time.You would need to consider an alternative date or venues of our choice. Subject to space availability.

An Exhibitor's payment covers all our expense, cost, losses, claims, liabilities, charges, ongoing exhibition costs, damages which we may sufferer or incur as a result (direct or indirectly) of the cancellation of the contract for space by the exhibitor.Including, without limitation, where the space or stand is dressed or altered in any way in order to maintain an orderly and visually pleasing exhibition or event . We are not responsible for any of the sales cycles to warrant art sales or sales enquiries. Nor are we responsible for selling Exhibitors art work.Our responsibilities are restricted to providing exhibition space only and for marketing the event.. Should we change alter any event information listed on our website, exvent venue, dates, opening times, our terms and conditions etc. Should we  alter an event venue or event dates due to unforeseen circumstance beyond our contro;.. Exhibitors will be given an alternative choice of event venues and dates . If after offering alternative event veneus and dates  an Exhibitor request cancellation.We are not obliged to accept an Exhibitors cancellation request , there will be no part or full refund to the Exhibitor once alternative event venues and dates have been offered.  We waive all rights in reference to an Exhibitor cancellation request.

Interpretation of This Document
The following contract constitutes our "Terms and Conditions - the following words have the following meaning

Definition
Event Organiser

The Hirer- Exhibitor means
The Hirer- Exhibitor, person firm or company who has made the application
and who as been allocated space at the event.

Venue Area means
Where location of the event is to be held by the Event Organiser

Space for hire means
Allocation of Space for hire - secured by the Exhibitor

Agreement means
This document constitutes an agreement between the Hirer- Exhibitor and the Event Organiser for the
hire of Space for the period of the event: opening and closing dates, price, and of the terms set out herein.

Terms and Conditions means
Hirer- Exhibitor notes contains specific regulations with regard to the manner and conduct at our forth-coming venue-event.
The Hirer- Exhibitor agrees to abide by any relevant provision contained in this document - contract.

Contents of this document constitutes the Event Organiser terms and conditions
Which specifies our terms and conditions. which the Hirer- Exhibitor must comply with at all times.
This contract means any contract between the Event Organiser and the Hirer- Exhibitor for
The allocation of display of space hire, incorporating these conditions.
Display of space hire means an area allocated to the Hirer- Exhibitor for the purpose of the display of exhibits,
goods and services at the event-venue

Payment Options To Hire Display Space
We accept the following Payment options:
Cheque payment - payable (contact us for details), BAC - Bank Transfer, Telephone Banking
Online banking, Debit cards or Credit card online payment through Paypal.com
We would your full email address so that we can you a request Paypal payment link.
If the Hirer- Exhibitor pays the Event Organiser by debit or credit card, paypal’s administration
charge shall be added to the payment, which the Hirer- Exhibitor shall pay on demand.

Cost Of Display Space Hire
The cost of space hire is payable in full Event Organiser. Please contact us for details.
The price for space hire is applicable to an Event and the Event Organiser must have received funds in cleared funds on demand.
At the sole discretion of the Event Organiser, may at any time require payment for further space hirer on
account of additional charges that are or may in the Event Organiser’s opinion become due - in reference to inflation increase.
Should the price exceed the hire of Space for hire price required shall be paid on request to the Event Organiser.
Please note additional price may exceed the hire of space hire indicated in promotional material,
application and confirmation of allocation of space hire.
Additional space hire required should be paid to the Event Organiser in full on demand.

The Event Organiser may charge the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s additional cost for the use of display space which in the opinion of the
Event Organiser feels extends beyond the agreed allocated space which the Hirer- Exhibitor may have previously paid for.
The Event Organiser may at its sole discretion charge the Hirer- Exhibitor a surcharge of the same price.
Which is the full amount for a standard space for securing the additional area occupied on demand.
In the event that the Hirer - Exhibitor Hirer- Exhibitor fails to pay securing additional use of space -i.e. cost by the agreed date notified,
the Event Organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of £50.00 for each month that the use of outstanding amounts due the
Hirer- Hirer- Exhibitor shall be liable for any and all additional costs incurred. All Prices - cost is quoted exclusive of applicable VAT.

Hirer- Exhibitor Conduct In Reference To Exhibits - General Obligations
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall abide by all rules and regulations issued to it by the Event Organiser in connection with a specific Event.

Professional Conduct
Please note the venue access area is open to the general public, exhibitors are advised to conduct themselves
in a professional manner at all times.

Assignment And Sub-Contracting
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not assign, sub-let, transfer or charge or purport to assign,
sub-let transfer or charge in whole or in part this Agreement or any of its rights, liabilities or obligations
under this agreement without the prior written consent of the Event Organiser.
The Hirer - Exhibitor ’s exhibit must not sub let the space to a third party, nor display exhibits or items
or third parties which the Event Organiser has not approved to do so,

The Event Organiser reserves the right to assign its rights, liabilities or obligations under this
agreement either in whole or in part to any other person, firm or company.

Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in this agreement shall create, 0r are deemed to create, a partnership or
joint venture or relationship of employer and employee or principal and agent between the parties.
Right of third parties the parties intend that this agreement may be enforced by the Event Organiser (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

For Visual Hirer- Exhibitor - Provision of Space And Hanging Board
Portrait size MDF Hanging board (painted white) is provided.
Small - medium size nails and a standard hammer are required to secure your exhibits onto the hanging board

Hirer- Exhibitor are advised that the following rules applies
The use of screws directly onto to the hanging board is not allowed.
The use of electrical drills to create holes directly onto the hanging board is nor allowed.
For extensive damage to the hanging board or to surrounding walls 
Tthere is a minimum charge fine of £100 on demand.
Payment is required within 5 - 7 working days.
Any delays to forward the amount due will result to legal proceedings
which includes all additional legal cost incurred by the Event Organiser.
The use of small to medium size nails with a use of a standard hammer is adequate for securing your exhibits
i.e. paintings onto the hanging board
The use of unauthorised space for hires
i.e. securing additional space within the surroundings of your secured
Space for hire with lead to an additional charge.
Which is the full price of securing space for hire.
Hirer-Exhibitor is informed not to make use of other free space for hire, which you have not paid for.
Hirer- Exhibitor s is informed not to hang any exhibits on surrounding walls, or display exhibits on the floor.
There will be a fine of £100 imposed.
Payment is required on demand.
The use of g printed material smeared with glue and directly placed onto
 the hanging board or surrounding walls is not allowed.
Hanging of exhibits directly onto surrounding walls is not allowed.
Hirer - Exhibitor (visual artists?) are advised to bring your own their own hammer, nails, hanging strings, etc
Hirer-Exhibitors are permitted to hammer nails onto the surface of the wooden boards only and not on the walls
Hirer-Exhibitor is not permitted to drill on the wooden surface of the wooden board.
Damage to the
surface of the wooden board  willm lead to a  surcharge £100 for any damages.

For *Crafters, Designers-Makers, Other Sellers - Provision of Space And Table
1 Table is provided for the following *hirer-exhibitors only -are advertised to bring their own table cover
 white or black cloth to protect the surface of the table provided.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for providing table covers.
Please do not hammer or screw any objects onto the surface of the
table or scratch the surface of the table. There will a surcharge of £100 for the damage on demand

Hirer- Exhibitor ’s Obligation - Event Space Management
The Hirer - Exhibitor must attend and exhibit or display its goods at all times during the advertised times and
for each day of the Event.
The Hirer - Exhibitor should exhibit or display exhibits in an orderly manner.
The exhibits should be arranged its exhibit or display so as not to obstruct the general view or
hide the exhibits or displays of other Hirer- Exhibitor.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall comply with any reasonable request made by the Event Organiser
for alterations to an exhibit or display or for the removal of goods from an exhibits or display where such goods
are considered unsuitable in the absolute opinion of the Event Organiser.
In reference to allocated space hire, this is done at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
Our decision is final.
No exhibit or display shall be packed, removed or dismantled prior to the advertised closing times of the
Event without the permission of the Event Organiser.
Should the Hirer- Exhibitor acts in breach of the above clause.
The Hirer- Exhibitor will be liable to pay the Event Organiser the sum f £ on demand that amounts to
a 100% of the applicable space occupied beyond the agreed space allocated to the Hirer- Exhibitor .
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not remove any exhibits
part or all exhibits or display goods and materials from the allocated space
shall be packed, removed, or dismantled prior to the advertised closing times of the event without the permission of the
Event- Event Organiser. Failure to comply with this clause will result to a fine of 50% of the applicable cost of the current space
hire being occupied at the time of the incident as compensation for the detraction to the Event’s appearance.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall remove all exhibits and display goods and materials from the allocated Space for hire and shall be liable
to the Event Organiser for any storage or handling charge incurred by the Event Organiser for alterations to an exhibit or display
as a compensation for the detraction to the Event’s appearance.
The Hirer- Exhibitor s are informed that the use of electrical equipment’s at any of our event- venues,
these include the use of i.e. plugging in laptop computers, payment handsets, payment cash till machines,
mobile phone adaptors, mobile phone charges, mp3 players, ipods, digital cameras, portable television, calculators,
photo, video recorders, radios, dvd players, lighting accessories and any form of visual monitors and any other electrical
equipment must not be plugged into the socket wall. No electrical items are allowed on the premises at the venue.
The Hirer- Exhibitor is liable to pay all sums due to the Event Organiser on demand to secure space.
The Exhibitor shall comply with contents of this document and contract imposed by the Event Organiser at all times
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall ensure that all flammable material used in connection with the exhibit
or display shall be fire proofed or otherwise processed against fire in accordance with any applicable statutory
or local regulations or requirements to which the Event may be subject
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not conduct any form of sales auction from their allocated space.
Occupy the space, complete any necessary fittings, ensure all space and exhibits are appropriately in place
and maintained and that all exhibits are in position no later than the end of Installation period.
Keep the Space appropriately dressed and maintained and all Exhibits open to view and the space adequately
staffed continuously during the opening hours of the event and not dismantle the display stand before the end of the event
Remove all Exhibits, fittings, rubbish and other items from the venue-hall by no later than the end of the dismantling period.
Nor do, cause, permit or suffer to be done anything which shall in the opinion of the Event Organiser of the
Event Organiser which in the opinion of the Organiser would cause disturbance to other  Exhibitors
or which would breach any laws, bye-laws or any other rule regulations
Nor do, cause, permit or suffer to be done anything which may occasion damage, disfigurement or injury of any
kind to the hall-venenue or to the person or property of the Event Organiser, Owner, or any other Hirer- Exhibitor or any visitor.
Shall not display any excess work of exhibits on the floor.
Shall not secure additional unman space /or make use of additional space- that the Hirer- Exhibitor has paid for.
Failure to comply with this rule warrants immediate dismissal from the venue without prior warning
Goods, cards , advertisement or photographs of persons who are not Hirer- Exhibitor s may not be displayed

Hirer- Exhibitor Insurance Cover - Insurance Policy
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall insure with a reputable insurance company for its liability under this agreement. without
limiting its obligation to take out insurance cover for such risks as it shall consider appropriate, the Hirer- Exhibitor
shall take out adequate Insurance in respect of matters - public liability insurance for the loss, damage or injury caused by
the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s neglect or default.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not be entitled to withhold any payment in whole or in part on the ground that is has a claim,
counter claim or set off against the Event Organiser.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall fully and promptly indemnify the Event Organiser against all expenses, costs,
claims, losses, liabilities, charges and damages
which the Event Organiser may suffer or incur as a result
(direct or indirect) of f the cancellation of the contract
Space Hirer by the Hirer- Exhibitor - including without limitation, where the Space or Stand is dressed or altered
in any way in order to maintain an orderly and visually pleasing display space.
As part of your contract with the Event Organiser - the Hirer- Exhibitor agree to take out adequate public liability
and stand insurance. Your special insurance plan must cover Hirer- Exhibitor’s requirements, including cancellation
and abandonment risks.

The Hirer- Exhibitor are advised to insure their art work, personal property, for the duration of their time at the exhibition
and insure against unforeseen circumstances
Unforeseen circumstances could be classed under the following:
- theorist events, the weather, closure of transportation: tube, buses, British rail, road, airport, delays, blockage,
strikes or riot, heavy or bad traffic, cancellation, lateness to the exhibition venue due to unforeseen circumstances,
sudden health and sickness, sudden bereavement, For international Hirer- Exhibitors processing VISA applications
to the UK, if you are unable to obtain a valid UK VISA into the UK - the will be no refund on cancellation fees.
Check your local embassy before you confirm you exhibition booking. For non-UK visitors
if you are delay by your chosen means of transportation the same rule applies, there will be
no refunds on cancellation due to unforeseen travel delays, transportation and road  closures 
travel difficulties that may affect your movements to and from the venue.

Please note Event Organiser only insures the exhibition venue in reference to securing a public liability.
It is not the responsibility of Event Organiser to insure each Hirer- Exhibitor artwork,
or personal property or against unforeseen circumstances. Event Organiser waive all rights.
The insurance must include public liability with an indemnity limit at least £2, 000,000 per incident
The Hirer-Exhibitor must provide an insurance document and send a photocopy to our business address.
If you waive your right as an Hirer-Exhibitor not to take out an insurance cover.
The Hirer-Exhibitor
does so at your own risk - which means your exhibition is uninsured
Hard copies of insurance policy cover must be
signed, dated and sent  to our business address.
A low cost insurance company offers insurance cover:
Hirer- Exhibitor are strongly advised to take adequate insurance cover for the duration of the event.
Any claims in reference to the above points should be addressed with your insurance company.
The Hirer- Exhibitor must obtain adequate insurance with a company of repute to cover the intended
use of the property  and guests.
The Event Organiser requires proof of insurance not less than one month before the hire period policy covers
"indemnity to principal" and "negligent damage to hired premises"

Liabilities and Indemnity
The Hirer- Exhibitor Expense The full value of lost expenses directly incurred in connection with the event as a
result of Cancellation, Abandonment, Postponement, Curtailment, Failure to Vacate or Non-Arrival of Exhibits
arising from any cause beyond the control of the Hirer- Exhibitor and/or Event Organiser "Standard Cover 
Exhibitor’s Liability The full value of "Property whilst at the Venue, during build up and pull out and
whilst in transit therefore and therefrom protected against loss of damage. " Standard Cover
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall effect and maintain events public liability insurance of not less than £2,000,000 or
other insurance which will indemnity the Hirer- Exhibitor , its agents, its contractors or employees or guests
against any claim, loss, costs and expenses incurred in respect of any injuries incurred in respect of any injuries
to any person or loss or damage to property however arising and the Hirer- Exhibitor shall, if so requested by the Event
Organiser, provide certificate of evidence of such insurance cover.
In no circumstances shall the Event Organiser be liable to the Hirer- Exhibitor , in contract or in tort,
including negligence or breach of statutory duty, lack of visitor numbers - level of attendance to the Event - venue ,
and lack of sales of items exhibited or exhibits at the Event - venue.
The Event Organiser  will not be held liable for any Hirer- Exhibitor’s claims.
Any increase in the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s cost or expenses
Any loss of the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s profit, business, contract or goodwill
Any indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever
Information given by the Event Organiser about the Event in any promotional or advertising material
is accurate to the best of its knowledge, but does not constitute any warrant or representation by the Event Organiser
and therefore any mistakes or omission does not entitle the Hirer- Exhibitor to cancel this cntract
and/or claim against Event Organiser for compensation.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not impose any legal claims through the English court of laws,
which includes any local county court listed in the UK, EU and World-wide.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall effect and maintain events public liability insurance to cover any activity being
demonstrated to the public and shall indemnity the Event Organiser against any claim
or loss or injury arising as a result of such demonstration however caused.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall comply at its own expenses with all legal and statutory requirements application
to its display or exhibit and shall indemnity the Event Organiser against all actions, demands proceedings
damages, costs and expenses whatsoever in respect of any breach by the Hirer- Exhibitor .
Hirer- Exhibitor ’s Liability for Loss and Damaged and Indemnity
All Exhibits, fittings and all other items brought into the Exhibition by the Hirer- Exhibitor
or other invitees of the Hirer- Exhibitor shall be the sole responsibility of and the sole risk of the Event .
The Event Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to such Exhibits, fittings or items however caused
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Event Organiser against all loss, damage arising
in connection with the erection, use and dismantling of the Sand and anything done on or
from the space caused directly or indirectly by the Hirer- Exhibitor or any contractor, sub-contractor,
invitee of the Hirer- Exhibitor or visitor to the space or by any exhibits or machinery or other item belonging to or introduced by any such person.

Limitation or Event Organiser’s Liability
The Event Organiser shall be not be liable to the Hirer- Exhibitor in contract
(including under any indemnity or warranty, in tort (including negligence)
under statute or other wise, the liability of the Event Organiser shall be liable to any refunds:
part or full refund payment for space paid to the Event Organiser under this contract.
The Event Organiser does not make any warranty as to the Hirer- Exhibitor in general, and
in particular in relations to the presence or absence or location of any other Hirer- Exhibitor or potential Hirer- Exhibitor ,
Whilst the Event Organiser shall act in good faith, the name of any Hirer- Exhibitor which may appear on any floorplan or
stand number or any statement made by or on behalf of the Event Organiser that any Hirer- Exhibitor is booked to attend the
Exhibition provisionally or otherwise shall not constitute a warranty, representation or undertaking by the Event Organiser that
any such Hirer- Exhibitor shall attend the Exhibition.
The Event Organiser shall not be liable for the absence of other Hirer- Exhibitor
from attending the Exhibition.
The Event Organiser and the Hall Owner shall not be responsible for death or personal injury to the
Hirer- Exhibitor or employees, agents, contractors or other invitees of the Hirer- Exhibitor as a result of the Event Organiser’s negligence.
The Event Organiser will not have no liability to the Hirer-Exhibitor for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill or for any liability
to the Hirer-Exhibitor.
The Event Organiser is not liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill
however arising suffered by the Hirer-Exhibitor or for any wasted time, profit, costs or expenses arising from any damage or loss, failure
to make anticipated sales or numbers of visitors to the event.
Or any claims in reference to the weather, road traffic or unforeseen event.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Hirer- Exhibitor,
the Event Organiser or the Hall Owner or helper.
Without prejudice to clause - the combined liability of the Event Organiser and the Hall
Owner for a claim made by the Hirer- Exhibitor in respect of loss or damage suffered by the Hirer- Exhibitor
however that liability arises including (without limitation) breach of contract, tort (including negligence),
misrepresentation or breach of statutory duty shall not exceed the higher £25,000 and
the amount of all sums paid by the Hirer- Exhibitor to the Event Organiser under this Agreement
in relation to the Exhibition - indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses. loss of profit 
loss of revenue or loss of goodwill.
The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any claim made by the Exhibitor more than 2 years
after the event or, in the case of a seriesof events, the first such event which gives rise to such claim.
Except as set out in this Agreement, the Event Organiser excludes all conditions, terms,
representations other than fraudulent statute
or by operation of law, or otherwise, that are not expressly stated herein, including without
limitation, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
Each provision of this clause - excluding or limiting liability shall be constructed separately,
applying and surviving even if in force
notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement
Without limiting its obligation to take out insurance cover for such risks as it shall consider appropriate the Hirer- Exhibitor
shall take out adequate insurance in reference to this event (without limitation) public liability insurance for loss, damaged
or injury caused by the Hirer- Exhibitor s neglect or default.
Both parties agree and acknowledge that Hirer- Exhibitor agrees to accept in complete settlement and discharge of all claims
against the Event Organiser .(There will be no part or full payment) to the Hirer- Exhibitor. 

Sending Coloured Photographs of Exhibits by Post for the Event Organiser Internal Review
Exhibitors are required to send us colour photographs of all their exhibits by the due date, one month before the opening
date of the event. We need to approve your exhibits for your forth-coming event
Coloured photographs should be sent to our business address we will review contents of your proposed exhibits at our
discretion to advise you if we feel that you need to review contents of your exhibits. We do not accept visual images sent
to by email jpeg attachments. Exhibitors are welcome to bring portfolio of work, exhibits.

Exhibits
Review the visual presentation of your exhibits so as not to miss out on potential opportunities.
If you think you need more Space for hire - please contact us to purchase additional space.
Only approved exhibits should be on display at the Event .The Event Organiser reserves the right to request the
Exhibitor to remove any exhibit on display at the venue, if the Event Organiser feels that the exhibit is libellous or of an obscene nature .
The Exhibitor agrees to attend the full duration of the event and comply with all the relevant rules set out by the event organiser
Any exhibit on display shall not infringe copyright, patents or any trademarks relating to any third party.
Failure to comply with the above clause will lead to removal of the Exhibitor stand.
There is no compensation-part or full refund as a result of the removal

Display Space Management - Visual Presentation
Ensure display space the overall visual presentation must be in tune with a visitor’s expectations.

Excess Art Exhibits Warning
Exhibitors are advised to bring the required number of exhibits for the display space allocated.
Excess art exhibits will be removed The Hirer- Exhibitor ’s exhibits for display is not illegal, exhibits for display
must not exceed the capacity of the allocated space .The Hirer- Exhibitor is in breach or is likely to breach any of these
conditions if they exceed their space capacity with excess exhibits.
A surcharge of the full standard price is required on demand.
Offensive Images and Printed Materials.Sexual, erotic images or offensive material is not allowed - so as not to offend visitors

Floor Fixings
Bolting, fixing or screwing to the exhibition hall floor is prohibited.
Don’t use flammable materials on your displays. This includes plastic flowers, polystyrene etc.
Some combustible materials may be acceptable if treated with the correct fire retardant materials. Don't have overloaded displays.
Don't bring children into the halls (particularly) during build-up and dismantling period.
The halls are regarded as a place of work during these periods.
Please do not block thee interiors of the work way - this might make it difficult to move through crowded
aisles and may cause injury to you or other people.
For safety reasons, all gangways must be kept as clear as possible at all times.
In addition, we have designated "emergency gangways" which may not be obstructed at any time.

Exhibitors Supporting Chair and Table
Hirer- Exhibitor is to bring your own coffee size tables to present their printed materials and folding chair.
Very small round or square coffee size tables is acceptable.
1 small standard size coffee table and folding chair per exhibitor. 
Medium to large size tables is not allowed -the Event Organiser will remove these.

Display Of Promotional and Printed Material
Exhibitors are advised to supply their own printed promotional materials for the event
The following are a list of suggests items - marked for your consideration, this is a suggestion only. 
Exhibitors business cards, A6 postcards , printed promotional material.
Visitors book so visitors can provide you with useful comments and remarks about your work
Customised customer order forms to process enquiries.
Visitors pack, supply every visitor at your stand with your business card, and get them to sign your visitor’s book
providing you with their name, email and home address and telephone number.
You need this information after the exhibition show to contact every visitor who visited your exhibition stand with a follow up call.

For visual artists your are required to bring a folding table and a folding chair.
For crafters, designers - makers, other sellers you are required to bring a folding table.

Display Holders for Printed Materials
Exhibitors are advised to bring their own display holders.
The Event Organiser - we do not provide Hirer- Exhibitor will facility to display holders for printed promotional material.

Visitors Buying Habits And Payment Method Options
You are advised to man your exhibition stand to process enquiries at all times

30. Processing Enquiries and Payment Methods
Accept cheque payments with some form of proof for security. 
For cheque payments -advise the customer you need 3-5 working days for cheque clearance.
Notify the buyer that you will be in touch to arrange delivery of the purchased items.
Note: Paypal - Debit Cards and Credit Cards Online Transactions
i.e. you must accept all major debit cards and credit card payments.
Design a customer order form, and collate personal details of the customer include their full email address, postal address,
locate an Internet cafe and send your potential customer a Paypal payment request link.
Please note Paypal accepts all major debit card and credit cards, Paypal vets all merchants and individuals online
as part of their security for safe transaction online.
Please note Paypal charge a commission for process all debit card and credit card transaction online.
You are also advised that electronic payments and payment withdraws in between account
i.e. funds into you bank account is not automatic.
It takes between 4-7 working days for funds to reach your bank account.
Paypal also charges a% for each card transactions processed online.
Paypal online card transaction is not a free service.
i.e. if you ask a potential customer to pay you £X online, Paypal will take a % as their sales commission for processing the card transaction.
Chip and Pin: Debit Cards and Credit Cards.
Please note, with the introduction of Chip and Pin Cards in the UK.
Most UK transactions are made through debit card and credit card transactions.
Prepare a customer order form to take manual orders at your exhibition stand, collecting full details
of a potential buyer, you require the following information: contact full name, full address with postcode,
landline telephone number I.e. home or work telephone number and a mobile phone number and an email address
Locate an Internet café to process your customer order, as you have received a confirmed order.
If you leave this too late the potential buyer may loss interest or simply change his/her mind to finalise the order transaction.
Inform the potential buyer that you will send a paypal payment link to their email address 
they simply need to follow the wizard link. Once the buyer has finalised card payment online,
Paypal will send you an email notification.
You would need to transfer funds online into your bank account- this process takes
5-7 working days for funds to reach your bank account.
Cash Payment
Please also note due to the high level of crime in London.
Visitors may however arrange with you to arrange
alternative payment with you to the purchase/order at a later time.
You must provide the buyer with a receipt for the purchase.

Delivery - For Non UK Residents
Hirer- Exhibitor should address this issue with us.
You are welcome to retain your sold exhibits with us,on;y for exhibitors with an insurance policy cover. 
we will charge you for the cost of taking the exhibits back to our office,
the buyer has the option to collect art purchase from our offices or they can arrange for
Royal mail to pick up the art purchase from our offices, the buyer pays the cost of post and packaging.
We are unable to post the items direct to the buyer’s address .
You are free to finalise your delivery arrangement with your buyer.

Visual Hirer- Exhibitors - Removal Of Exhibits- Dismantling Your Work
On the last day at the agreed closing time. Hirer- Exhibitor must vacant the premises at the agreed time.
In general, this operation will commence immediately after the event closes.
All space must be clear of the hall by the agreed deadline.
Hirer-Exhibitor are advised to remove all nails, and hanging accessories from the hanging board with great care
Please ensure that all dismantling, de-rigging and packing of your exhibit is carried out before
any vehicle is brought to the venue on site.

Hirer- Exhibitors Note: Clearing Up Rubbish
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning the surrounding area of your stand
Please clean up drink stains, which may have been spilt on the wooden floor around your exhibition space.
Rubbish should be thrown anyway in the black bins provided at the far right corner of the hall.
We need to keep the venue clean for the next day.
Please clear, wrapping paper, i.e. bubble wraps bottles of drinks, cans and plastic cups.
Food packaging etc. Rubbish should be thrown anyway in the black bins provided at the far right corner of the hall.
Any cups with liquids should be included in the bin bags.

General Clauses
Plastics must conform to BS 476-Part 7-Class 1. Lexan and Macralon are acceptable. Perspex must not be used
Balloons are not permitted in the interiors of the venue.
Working Demonstrations - Working exhibits and demonstrations are not allowed at any of our event venue.
Furniture - Requirements - I folding chair and l folding is allowed per exhibitor.
Should the Hirer- Exhibitor must not bring unauthorised size tables, chairs to the venue -event
The Event Organiser reserves the right to surcharge of £100 on demand for securing additional space.
Additional furniture, lighting and electrical items are not allowed at the venue.
Smoking Ban - Smoking is banned - Smoking is not allowed at the venue.

Use of Mobile Phones 
Whilst in the company of the general public and fellow Hirer- Exhibitors.
Please try to avoid using your mobile phone.
This may upset visitors and Hirer- Exhibitors who are trying to engage in conversation with a visitors.
Please adopt the conduct of taking mobile phone calls outside the parameters of the venue.
Please be considerate when using your mobile phone at all times.

Food and Drink 
Softt drinks and snacks are allowed i.e. chocolate bars, sandwich etc
Cooked and smelly foods that are allowed on the premises.
Fish and chips, hot curries, fried chicken and so on etc.
Some food smells and odour may upset others or in a hot venue may smell awful.

Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Precautions
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall comply with the Event Organiser’s fire emergency and health and safety regulations
venue owners security at all times and follow any specific security related instructions which may be given by the
Event Organiser’s staff at any time.
No makes flames or smouldering products are allowed within the exhibition without prior agreement of the fire offer.
Hirer- Exhibitor must comply with all statutory local and other regulations or requirements and bye-laws which affects
or apply to the Exhibition or the venue and in particular any fire regulations. All materials used on the display space must be non-flammable.
The Hirer- Exhibitor must comply with and observe the additiona egulations and stand fittings regulations copies of which are available
from the Event Organiser.

Health and Safety - Means of Escape
The Hirer- Exhibitor must be aware that - all means of fire exit from the venue - property must be kept free from obstruction
and be immediately available for people to escape from the venue - property.
The Hirer- Exhibitor must comply with all the statutory requirements with regard to health and safety.
Suitcases, Cabinets, bedroom pillows, use of medium to large size tables are not allowed in the interior of the venue at any time.
The gangways used in this venue are the minimum permissible by Health & Safety Regulations.
Under no circumstances will exhibits, stand dressing, tables and chairs etc., be allowed to encroach into gangways.

Taking Photography At The Event\Venue
Taking photographs of other exhibitor’s stand without prior consent is not allowed
Hirer- Exhibitor is advised that they must seek the permission of their fellow Hirer- Exhibitors before you take
photographs of their exhibits: due to copyright issues. Some Exhibitors may object to photographs of their exhibits and
stand being taken without prior consent Don’t always assume that it is okay to take photographs of other Exhibitors.
This is against out terms and conditions and you may upset a fellow Exhibitors. So as to not to upset a fellow Exhibitor
who may have an issue with this. If in doubt please ask for our advice. As Event Organiser
we take photographs of the exhibition for security purpose and for our internal records.

Nuisance to Surrounding Area
The Hirer- Exhibitor must ensure that no noise nuisance or any other type of nuisance or disruption whatsoever is allowed.
The Hirer- Exhibitor, its guests, or the Event Organiser has reason to believe that the Hirer- Exhibitor,
will behave in a way detrimental offensive and/or contrary to the normal expected standard of behaviour.
This clause includes playing music from any electrical device i.e. radio, laptop, mp3 players etc this is not allowed.

Storage Room Facilities
There are no storage rooms at the venue
We will allocate an area within an area of the venue to store bubble wrappings etc
You are advised to bring the required amount of exhibits to occupy the event space allocated to you.
You will be asked to remove any excess exhibits from the venue immediately
Please bring exact amount of exhibits required for the space allocated to you.

Hirer- Exhibitors Note: Clearing Up Rubbish
Please keep your exhibition area clean at all times.
Do not leave coffee cups or food packing on the floor or surrounding areas of the interiors of the venue
You are responsible for cleaning the surrounding area of your exhibition space daily
We need to keep the exhibition venue and your exhibition space clean for the next day.
Rubbish should be thrown anyway in the black bins provided at the venue
The venue has been supplied to you - free of rubbish, please keep surrounding areas clean at all times
The premises have been supplied clean and tidy to you, please keep your surroundings at all times.
Failure to comply with the above will led to termination of your exhibition without prior written notice.
You will be given verbal instructions to remove your art work exhibits immediately from the remises.
There is no refund for misconduct at the venue.

Third Party Endorsement
When the Hirer- Exhibitor is exhibiting or displaying goods at events not staged by the Event Organiser,
the Hirer- Exhibitor shall have on display at least leaflet or poster or other promotional item relating to at least one
of the Event Organiser’s Events for which the Hirer- Exhibitor has applied to the Event Organiser for space for hire,
distribution and/ or display of publicity material for events by other show Event Organisers and permitted and
welcomed within the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s allocated space.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not canvas for orders, except at its own stand during the advertised times.
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall not distribute or display any printed materials, placards, hand bills or circulars or other article
other than those specifically provided for by these activities.3rd party advertising of any kind or 3rd party promotional endorsement
 this will be removed. You will be asked to REMOVE 3rd party exhibits from the exhibition.
Advertising other 3rd party event is not allowed. I.e. exhibitions, craft and art fair, boot sales etc

Cancellation by Event Organiser/Force Majeure
The Hirer- Exhibitor shall remain liable for the total of the space hire cost once the space has been allocated.
Please note there are no part or full refund for cancellations.
The Hirer- Exhibitor will fortieth all previous payments - part payment or full payment.
In the event the Hirer- Exhibitor notifies the Event Organiser of a cancellation request at any time after receiving part of full payment.
The Event-Event Organiser shall be entitled to re-allocate or use the space as it sees fit.
The Hirer- Exhibitor is liable for the total cost of the space hire once the space has been allocated regardless of the use of the space
for part or whole usage by the Hirer- Hirer- Exhibitor .
There is no part refund or full refund in the event of any cancellation for space
reserved for hire, which has been paid to the Event Organiser. Payment will be retained.
There is no full refund once a space has been reserved.
If at the absolute discretion of the Event Organiser, the Halls become unfit or unavailable for occupancy or it becomes impossible
or impractical to hold the Show for reasons beyond the control of the Event Organiser including  fire, flood, storm,
government intervention, malicious damage,acts of war, terrorism, acts of God., strikes, riots or any other cause,
the Event Organiser reserve the right (but shall be obliged): to change the location and/or date of the Event,
to curtail the event to reduce the installation period, open period or dismantling period: or to cancel the Event
at any time with updates on our web site.

Cancellation By Hirer- Exhibitor
In the event that the Hirer- Exhibitor request to cancels its space booking after acceptance by the Event Organiser
there will be no part or full refund for cancellations .Should the Hirer-Exhibitor fails to occupy the Space allotted to it
by the opening time on the first day of the Exhibition, the Event Organiser reserves the right (but without being obliged to do so)
to treat the contract for space booked to another Hirer- Exhibitor without verbal or written communication to the Hirer-Exhibitor

Cancellation Occurring
If the Hirer- Exhibitor wishes to cancel the contract for space, then written notice of such wish must be forwarded to
and received by the Event Organiser by post. There will be no part refund or full refund for cancellation.
The Event Organiser shall not be obliged to accept the Hirer- Exhibitor ’s request to cancel its booking for space.
Notwithstanding that the Event Organiser may re-sell or re-allocate the cancelled space after cancellation by the Hirer- Exhibitor ,
the Event Organiser shall be under no obligation to reimburse all or any part of a cancellation charge

The Event Organiser Discretion
The Event Organiser shall be entitled to allocate to the Hirer- Exhibitor a space other than the space for which
the Hirer- Exhibitor has applied - paid for change the space allocated to the Hirer- Exhibitor at any time before
the Hirer- Exhibitor takes possession of the space and if such change area of such space is smaller than the area
specified in the application for space. Refuse any person admission to the event or remove from the Hirer- Exhibitor
any person whose presence in the opinion of the Event Organiser is or is likely to be undesirable and the Event Organiser
may exercise such rights not with standing that any person is the servant or agent or the Hirer- Exhibitor or otherwise in any
way connected or associated with the Hirer- Exhibitor .
Remove from the Space or Venue\Halls at the risk and expense of the Hirer- Exhibitor any Exhibit, fitting or machinery or
other items to which the Event Organiser has an objection or which the Hirer- Exhibitor fails to remove in accordance with
or which do not comply with these terms and conditions.
After the dates, opening hours, dates and duration of the building period, dates and duration of breakdown period
and the total duration of the event

Postponement or Event Cancellation by the Event Organiser
Should the premises of the venue for the event is become unfit or unavailable for occupancy due to exclusive, fire, flood,
tempest, or any other such case or as a result of government intervention, malicious damage, acts or war, acts of God,
strike, lock-out, labour dispute, picketing.
Should the Event- Organiser at their discretion need to curtail, relocate or change the date of the Event, or the venue or
reduced the planning period of preparation, display or dismantling the Hirer- Exhibitor waives any and
all claims it might have against the Event Organiser for loss, damages or expenses.
There is no refund in reference to the above *clause. In the event of any of the above unforeseen circumstance
set out in the above marked *clause the Event Organiser reserves the right without being under liability to the Hirer- Exhibitor
for any refunds (there will be no refunds - part payment or full refunds payments), additional expenses or otherwise, to
change the Event venue / or date upon .
In the event that the Event becomes the Hirer- Exhibitor, who in commercially non-viable due to lack of support,
the Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event.
In such a circumstance, the Hirer- Exhibitor will not make any claim against the Event Organiser in respect
of any loss or damage in reference to the above clause: postponement and abandonment.
The Hirer-Exhibitor
may accept comparable space for hire at an alternative event-venue at no additional costs or the cancellation of the
contract and return of the Deposit and/or space for hire Fee, less all costs and expenses incurred by the Event Organiser
in connection with the Event calculated on a pro-rata share of the total amount paid by the Hirer- Exhibitor and including
space reserved, established at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser.
The above clause also covers the Event Organiser rights to refuse a part of full refund to the Hirer- Exhibitor in the
event If the event is cancelled - due to acts of war or terrorism then both parties agree and acknowledge that the Event Organiser
shall not have any liability to the Hirer- Exhibitor s part or full refunds, additional expenses or charges or to make payment for any
other loss or damage suffered by the Hirer- Exhibitor.
In the event that the Exhibition is cancelled by the Event Organiser for any other commercial reason including (without limitation)
The Event Organiser will refund the Hirer- Exhibitor all charges paid by the Exhibitor to the
Event Organiser and the Hirer- Exhibitor agrees and acknowledge that he will have no further claim whatsoever against the
Event Organiser in respect of such cancellation.
Satisfactory evidence of such arrangements available when asked for by the Event Organiser

Terminal and Withdrawal
The Event Organiser may terminate this agreement if any terms of this agreement is breached by the Hirer- Exhibitor.
Without prejudice to any other rights it may have,that the Event Organiser may terminated the Agreement by notice in writing.
If the whole or any part of the amounts due from the Hirer- Exhibitor to the Event Organiser are not paid within 10 days
of the due dates (whether formally demanded or not).
If the Hirer- Exhibitor fails to observe and fulfil any if the terms of the Agreement
If the Hirer- Exhibitor shall have a receiver or an administrator is appointed or the Hirer- Exhibitor being a partnership
has a receiver appointment of an administrator or an administrator is appointed or the Hirer- Exhibitor being a partnership
has a receiver appointed or is wound up or dissolved or being an individual executes as debtor a deed of arrangement to
which a receiver appointed or is wound up or dissolved or being an individual executes as debtor a deed of arrangement to
which the Deeds of Agreement Act 1914 applies or applies to the Court for an interim order or one is made under Part V111
of the Insolvency Act 1986 or the Hirer- Exhibitor presents or has presented against him a bankruptcy petition on or a bankruptcy
order is made against him or he enters into any compromises or arrangement with his creditor or a majority of them in value.
Upon termination the Hirer- Exhibitor shall remain liable to pay the Event Organiser the full amount due from it under the
Agreement prior to such termination. This clause applies to where an Exhibitor has paid a deposit to

Removal Order - Disruption at the Venue
Any Hirer- Exhibitor disrupting the exhibition at any time will be asked to remove their exhibits and ask to leave the event-venue
with immediate effect. In exceptional cases - the police will be called to assist us with the removal order

Hotel Accommodation
Please make your own arrangements for hotel accommodation.
There are many places to stay, at a reasonable cost, in local areas in London.
Contact the hotel directly for more details.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for organising hotel bookings or for travel arrangements for exhibitors.
This is not part of our remit.

Cark Parking
The
Hirer- Exhibitor and their guest must not park illegally, and must on arriving and leaving the venue cause no disturbance
or obstruction to the surrounding area. Use the Car Park if you wish to park your car.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for providing parking facilitates. This is not part of our remit.

Severance
If at any time one or more provision contained in the Agreement is or become invalid, illegal or
unenforceable in any respect this shall not affect validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions
which shall remain in full force and effect.

Event Organiser’s Contract - Terms and Conditions
The Event Organiser’s Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Event Organiser from time to time
without prior verbal or written notification. This clause includes changes to the following: venue, location,
event title, dates or duration of the event, display stand dimensions, opening and closing hours, number
of exhibitors, general content of this document - terms and conditions. Please review our exhibition web site for regular updates.

Applicable Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Terms and Conditions of This Document
This agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and under the jurisdiction
of the courts of England - English law shall govern all aspects of this Contract and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
