You're probably used to these instructions if you've been to my other graphic pages on ICG. Anyways, just copy and paste the codes and don't edit the shield or take out my link (after all, I made it)! Very important, and you've probably heard (or read) that about... Maybe thousands of times? ;) Anyways, ENJOY! Oh! And you might have to tweak the positioning a little bit to make it over your shield on Neo.
